The simple answer is when you feel comfortable enough with your game AND when you can afford it. I take it you are not looking to "go pro" so at this time bankroll is not really a question. Only put what you can afford to lose on whatever site you are playing on. 50 dollars is a great starting ammount but it is in no way a "bankroll", its a stake. Now you can use your stake to build a bankroll but its basically what you can lose afford to lose in a session. 50 dollars is also a good ammount to buy in for because it will aso prevent you from playing too high and getting yourself in troubl

I also ran an underground card club for a few years in Chicago. I had a rake BUT I also had 4 of the hottest female dealers you ever seen and comped everyone food and booze for the night. If the game is a self deal game a time charge is always the better way to go.Erik

In your guys opinion what sites are the best for low buy in tournaments. Im looking for low buy in ($10.00 or less), freeze out (no rebuy)tournaments that draw a decent turn out (1000+ players) and have some good money added to the pot. Any help would be great. Erik

I know, thats the funny thing I virtually never play those machines. I was just wasting time waiting for my mother and aunt to finish their lunch. They had just walked out of the resturant and since it was my aunts first time in a casino she was asking me how to play the game I was sitting at. I had a maniac at my table who had gone all-in 4 times in the first 30 minutes of the tournament. I was on the button and was delt pocket Kings. A guy under the gun raised to 75 chips (blinds 25-25) the maniac goes all in. I decided to call and the guy UTG folded. The maniac turns over pocket 3's. Of course a friggen 3 comes on the flop and I bust out 39 minutes into the tournament. I go out to the casino to meet up with my mother and
