Hi, Bob. I need your assistance... My name is Chiori. I did the donation to St Jude on line. When I confirmed the donation, the system gave me an error message saying, "We're sorry, but our system was unable to complete your payment. Please try again later." I tried 3 times and received the same message all 3 times. However, I see the 3 charges are all on my cards. I sent a message to St Jude on their website asking to use only one of the 3 transactions.
