serge 904
For the past 10 years Sidney Crosby has ****ed me over. In pools. In life and in gambling. He kills me every time. It's set up again for an epic Crosby game to screw me.

serge 904
We have been winning some games handily and some with some voodoo luck..With a few injuries to some key players we are doing ok. We just need to hang in there and make a couple of moves to put ourselves into position for a deep playoff run. Good luck to us, the most sexiest and historied franchise in this league. Who will a championship first? The Mustangs or the Leafs..Here is to hoping we both do it at the same time.
serge 904
Its been not a great start for the Mighty Mustangs..Our haters are having a field day..But pending league approval of the last few games, we are still in decent shape for a playoff spot..We have had lower than expected value on game nights lately, which is ok..We have also been lucky facing opponents with low scoring nights..However we are not going to be sidetracked from our goals.. While our opponents field shitty lineups every night under the guise of rebuilding, we continue to strive to be better...Couple of examples..The Las Vegas Rake is Better Vegans routinely ice players that arent even in the NHL..They are a disgrace to the competitive nature of professional sports..They are the ultimate tank.. Then there is another team that we dont really hate, who tonight will ice a lineup that will feature as their Overtime player someone who has one NHL goal to their name.. These are the jokers we are facing..These are the haters that we have to overcome...We arent worried..Let them rebuild in the hope that they will perhaps grab the next Nazem Kadri...Let them dream that one day they will be lucky enough to own a superstud like Wayne Simmonds..Or let them fantasize about having a player with such pedigree that the mighty developers of the site couldn't figure out what team he plays for..Because he is just THAT good.. mrdannyg 274
They won and rumor is they chopped anyways. Oh man, amazing they won though be so much better if no one ever took up the chopping offer. From the first time he offered a 5-way chop as a huge underdog, the odds on serge were off the board. A perfect serge reverse jinx, no one had a chance.

serge 904
While we have a lot of haters we managed to sneak in last second(literally) into the playoffs. I am not sure exactly but that might be 4 years in a row??.. I believe that we have run under expectation with production from a lot of our players. The last couple of weeks, things seem to be getting better and closer to the mean. If we run a little ABOVE expectation for the playoffs, we can definetely make a run. For the first time in a long time, we have also locked up a financially profitable year for the franchise. While the financial part of the pool, isnt the objective its nice to see we have appeased our investors. It was an epic last game between three teams last night, and we managed to sneak in ahead of Jay of the Puck Warfare. We congratulate him on a great run , and unfortunately the puck didnt bounce his way last night and he managed to lose by literally one goal. We look forward to giving our fans some exciting playoff hockey and we also look to go on a run for the purpose of rubbing it in the face of the Cheap Thieve Vegans from Vegas...All year he has thrown shade on our successes. This is especially funny since he is literally officially the worst AHL team in the history of this league and its predecessor leagues. He is a disgrace to fantasy hockey and he managed to put in a NEGATIVE score over a 72 game season. This is extremely hard to do..We have no respect for this team, and we hope he lives in the basement of the division and league for many years to come. I wish all my playoff competitors good luck, especially our old friend the Red Ravens. They will be a formidable opponent, and we hope we can give them a good run.
