Either way, it’s a good use. Even just a corner store that’s walkable can eliminate of a bunch of unnecessary car trips. Looks like there's a Pharmasave in there too, there's a ton of extra car trips avoided. no, there is the retail in the tower on Bayly and everything from the town houses facing St Martins is retail, about 15 stores. They are in walking distance of the Go Station and the mall but most people would drive to the mall from there and walk to the Go. Also, when I was there they were testing the emergency sirens for the Pickering nuke plant which isn't that far away and I have never heard something so loud in my life. If you see a silver Pontiac Wave on the road run away good for him, that test isn't as easy as the one we had to pass back in the day. My oldest Step Daughter passed her first time trying for the G. Anyways, why post some idiotic 1 sentence stat line when it has no meaning towards the achievement for my son. If you don't have anything good to say about it than you know what SHUT UP. My son has made remarkable steps in his life and I am just proud of what he has accomplished. If you don't have anything good to say (which you never do), than don't say it. I work in that area every 2 months including the large Toronto Community Housing complex at Jane and Driftwood. I wouldn't want to live there but I always feel safe. The whole basement is jammed with shoes, clubs, and tons of clothes. Amazing deals. Let me know if you want to go and I'll bring you.
