serge 904 Posted October 28, 2016 Share Posted October 28, 2016 I know it has been talked about before in the AHL history as we abolished it a while ago..I think I have been flip flopping my views on 16 year olds.. I think the draft is a little more fun with 16 year olds...There are a lot more misses than hits, and very few McDavids...I have some kids in that pool that are out of hockey now, that I drafted as 16 year olds.. I like that I am involved in two pools with different rules, makes me able to try both angles.. Link to post Share on other sites

You are exactly right..Thats what makes it interesting...I think makes "draft prep" more of a thing, as now there isnt much off the board picks high in the first round..
