(calm down mexico) do research on similar positions in the area (glassdoor, salary.com, etc.) and try to figure out they're range. if they're a big enough company then they won't go out if their range anyways because it's just legal policy, but even if not, if they want to hire you then they want to hire you, and they won't want you making 20k less than everybody else giving you a great reason to leave in 3 months. tl/dr: get more confidence! Dont get me wrong, I get the tumolt that will happen for a bit, but this chicken little shit has to go. So i found some other dow numbers. 9300 the day before he was elected 8500 when he first took office 13000 yesterday. So, he can take the blame for all that is bad but a 5k jump was despite him. I dont blame or give credit. Then, one of the girl who posted its fcking cuntbag friends chimes in with "is this guy serious" and came at me. Took every ounce of energy to not absolutely destroy her with insults. They brought up gas prices. I tried to point out that if one dude controlled gas prices, wouldnt he just have lowered them before the election. Just over the hate and vitriol. It helps nothing. I was never really into politics that much until the last couple of years. Funny, just had an oil discussion with my mortgage guy. Talked about how the Saudis can easily control oil prices because it costs them virtually nothing to mine it but in the US, its deeper and more costly to drill for. Not to mention a lot of it on govt lands, so you need permits. Eff permits, the govt should get in the oil biz, drill for it and sell it to exxon for profit. End deficits. Some also seem to think 2000 never happened where their guy lost the popular vote yet they had no issue with it then. Karl Rove was awesome last night when he freaked out about handing Obama the victory. I'm as middle class as it gets. Romney simply wasn't going to make my life pleasant. He actually helped my decision by asking if my life is better now than it was 4 years ago. Lol we are in the best situation we've been in since 2003 when it all went to shit and I am not even working right now and things are rosy and wonderful. Sadly I didn't vote though.
