hblask 1 Posted January 27, 2012 Author Share Posted January 27, 2012 Obama loses birther case in GA via default judgement because he refuses to show up.Mostly this birther thing bores me, but these guys are using a novel claim: that the SC decided in 1875 that to be a natural born citizen your parents have to be US citizens, and that this decision has never been overturned.A quick scan of the Constitution and a few articles about presidential eligibility show this claim to be as looney as the previous ones, but I don't see how Obama can just act like it isn't happening. Looks like things are even worse than I thought. At least when Bush was president a lot of liberals opposed his fascist unconstitutional policies. But now that Obama has done the same thing a significant portion of those opposed went along with it. As I've stated before, there is officially no longer a such thing as a constitution or human right in the US. The government can secretly kill, imprison or torture you for any reason. They don't even have to give an explanation after the fact. The surprising thing is that so few people care. I guess "it won't happen to me and who cares about anyone else" is an extremely persuasive argument for most people. Link to post Share on other sites
