Arp picked 8th and told me after that if he was present for his 8th pick, he probably would've taken him. I thought I could get a higher risk player with a big upside at 14 so I felt good about going for the safer pick in Johansen at 6. I did not expect Burmistrov to be there. I then was praying that Kuznetsov would drop to 16 and one of Gormley/Fowler still being available. I got half my wish thanx to Bob. I had a feeling something was up with Bob taking Kuznetsov, though. We had a conversation earlier before the draft in regards to the FCHL draft and Bob commented on me getting Kuznetsov at 14 in the FCHL and he said something like, " if I was real fortunate, Kuznetsov would be availabel at 16 " I kinda got the impression that he was on Bob's radar.
