He's told a few short versions of the story. I think it had something to do with his sister's husband and the repeated mistreatment of said sister. Maybe he warned the guy not to touch her again, guy touched her again, and scram went nuts with a tire iron. More or less.

No, he's not back in. He violated his probation by testing positive for something and now has to do a rehab program. Supposedly.
