Chrozzo's Beer Of The Day

Recommended Posts

Hey, blue moon is like my cheap beer of choice.Unless someone has another cheap beer to recommend?
I would, but aren't you the anti-hops guy? Actually Sierra Nevada isn't bad, and not too expensive if you don't like major hops.

Hi.   I thought of you when I took this photo.

Warming up for for the NegO with the biggest Mexican beer out there,Pale colour, Not much head, no real nose, not a hop anywhere, very light, watery flavour, really need the lime.4.5%ABV

2 things. Chrozzo, as far as I am concerned, you started this craft beer craze for me. And 2. SuitedAces21 i hate Kansas.

So Chrozzo,I got the Golden Monkey tonight. (It comes highly recommended from Chrozzo)It's quite good. Actually tastes a lot like the Pranqster that I mentioned a little bit ago, but it's a bit stronger, and comes in a 6 pack instead of 4, which is nice. So yeah, it takes over that spot.

Drinking a Stone Ruination IPA...easily becoming one of my faves.I'll also be attending the IPA-Fest this weekend here in Northern California...can't wait!!
Not a fan of IPA's, though it's been awhile.I did have Magic Hat #9, but they say that's not quite an IPA. I thought it was ok.

Moose Drool is one of my all time favorites, not real easy to come by. and Black Butte Porter is excellent as well.don't know if these have been mentioned previously but Lagunita's Pilsner is pretty high on my list right now. Pipeline Porter from Kona Brewing is really good also.

Pilsner, eww. Lagunitas makes all kinds of beer I don't really like. Nothing but Pale Ale's basically.

Day 7,290,587:Avery Brewery - Mephistopheles' StoutBoulder, ColoradoMephistopheles is the crafty shape shifter, the second fallen angel. Amazingly complex, coal black, velvety and liqueurish, this demon has a bouquet of vine-ripened grapes, anise and chocolate covered cherries with flavors of rum-soaked caramelized dark fruits and a double espresso finish. "A 1996 study in the Journal of Experimental Psychology showed that even flavor-trained professionals cannot reliably identify more than three or four components in a mixture."
