If you start to play with them or lance it the cyst can become more infected or cause an abcess. It also can cause damage to your hearing if the infection travels to the ear drum. It is invisible and completely painless, but there is definitely an inner pimple there. No idea how long it had been there before this thread caused me to notice it.It's still there today. Also, those aren't fasting I assume, based on the fact that the column for date is "donation date" and you don't fast before you donate blood, if you know what's good for you.
