King Of The 45-turbos 2

Recommended Posts

The challenge starts at midnight tonight. Registration officially ends at 11:45pm, but we will keep it open an extra couple of days in case there are late joiners. The absolute last day to register for the challenge is 10:00 pm eastern on Thursday, March 6th.The only tournies eligible for the challenge are real money, 45-man turbos, any buy-in level.RulesThe competition will take place over a 3 week period, beginning at 12:00am eastern time on Wednesday, March 5 and ending at 11:59pm eastern time on Tuesday, March 25th. During this time you must play at least 30 tournies to be eligible for the prize money but no more than 40 will count towards the challenge. You may drop up to 3 of your worst tournies. The winner will be determined by the highest avg points/tourney according to the point structure below. There are no "practice" tournies allowed during the challenge - the first 40 tournies you play during the challenge period will be the only tournies eligible. You must post the tourney ID# of the tourney you are in BEFORE IT STARTS, someone will then qutoe the post to confirm. Once you're eliminated you must again post in the thread, and again someone needs to quote it to confirm. The quoting helps eliminate the possibility of cheating because if someone is eliminated quickly, they could try and edit their post to say the are in a different tourney that hasn't started yet. In case of any discrepancies we will use Sharkscope to confirm results. The higher the player finishes the more points he gets, here is the point scale:1st = 602nd = 453rd = 354th = 305th = 276th = 247th = 218th = 189th = 1510th-13th = 1014th-18th = 719th-27th = 3 28th-45th = 0 The final payout structure will be determined once we know the number of entrants, but we will start with the following.11-15 entries: 1st = 60%, 2nd = 30%, 3rd = 10%Current prize pool is $130, with $78 for 1st, $39 for 2nd, and $13 for 3rd.

Just a quick question, the standings chart, which looks AWESOME btw, shows 20 games... but the op stated 30 count. Will there be a second chart for the last 10? Will it expand? Did I miss-understand? Any clarification would be awesome. Thanks!

The guy who designed it for me is fixing it to expand to 40, since that is the max numer of tournies that can be submitted for the challenge.A couple of reminders from the previous thread:1) You must submit at least 30 scores but no more than 40. Since you have the option of dropping up to 3 of your worst scores, this means you can actually play as many a 43 total (but can only submit 40 of them). It also means that you must play more than 30 if you want to be able to drop some scores.2) You must indicate, at the time you post a result, if you want to drop that score. That way we don't have to worry about having to go back and delete scores. It also means that you can't just play all your tournies and wait until the end to decide which to drop.
