Seriously, I find it so much easier to put in hands playing PLO than I did when I played LHE. If I played more than 3 hours of LHE, it was either because I was at such a good table I couldn't leave or because I was so stuck that I couldn't leave. Playing PLO, I can regularly play 5 hour sessions and hardly even get bored. HU PLO's even better than 6-max PLO and might be the most fun poker game ever invented.Plus, the PLO games are super-soft. I think anything over 10 at 2/4 hu+ is very good.I don't play hours really, I play hands. I try and play at least 2k hands a day when I'm playing...if I 4 table that takes ~2 hours...I think HU wise, it's easy to get 5k hands in a day if you are a pro...and you should if you are on top of your game...but the thing about 4 tabling hu is it gets your head spinning..and i really think breaks are needed...so if i get 5k+ hands in a day...it's usually throughout a few seperate sessions.I don't really jump levels unless it's vs a donk and he wants to go up...or i see a known mark at a higher limit. I've hit and run like once, at 25/50, for 800$...and it was more or less me leaving after realizing how dumb I was to play that high.My rep is important to me...but it pisses me the hell off when guys i know play a ton hit and run me...most of the time the regulars won't sit with me, and I not with them...although more and more i'm playing with other guys who 3-4 table.I started playing .5/1 hu in may...so you really can move thru the levels hu if you play enough...my 1/2 stats tho are lol funny....and my 2/4 stats kinda suck right now but i'm pulling them back up...august has been quite rough, but that happens hu.8ptbb/100 i think is do-able hu...but at 2/4+ it gets quite difficult...below that I think it's very reasonable. I think that at these low limits I need to be getting rakeback as well when playing. I am really workin on getting my stats where I want themCurrent stats: 18/10/2.3My total aggression factor is what matters the most to me right now. I am generally in the 1.5 area and I really think that is costing me so many pots. Instead of worrying about numbers, look at HH's and try figuring out about where you are giving up pots. Maybe you aren't c-betting enough. Maybe you aren't betting for value on the turn/river. Like Abba said, just play to maximize value and the numbers will come along eventually. In fact, as you move up, NOT playing by the numbers can give you an edge. Link to post Share on other sites
