Wandigo 1
haha, youre an idiot, im actually good at blackjack and i make a great deal of money at it.I stood behind you once as you played, won a bit then I told you to quit while you were ahead and you disregarded that and proceeded to lose it all. Yes, my read is based on viewing one 5-minute drunken session, but you have to prove me wrong until I think differently. We'll hit up the tables in vegas and see how it goes. silkyjonson 1
The last time I played blackjack it did'nt work out so well. I had just finished playing some 10/20 omaha and had about 1k in chips, my friends came up to the poker room and I decided to hang out with them and play a little blackjack. So I put some of the chips in my pocket and still had about 700 on me and decided to sit down and play a littlle BJ. It was better to buy in heavy as you get comped well.So I was playing like 20 dollars a hand max and just doing it for fun and not realizing I was shuffling my chips and ended up pushing my whole 700$ stack out and Im looking at my friend talking with him the whole time. Dealer: Good luck sirMe: Why are you saying good luck, you never said goodluck beforeMy friend: Because you just bet 800$Me: ...................My first instinct is to take it back as she peeled of cards but I knew it was too late and prayed it was gonna be a bad move gone good..............I get dealt a 15 and bust obv.such a bad beat, and the last time I've played blackjack

astros11ss 0
can someone please explain to me what they think when they sit down at an online blackjack table? knowingly taking a -ev edge goes against everything you learn in poker and i mean its not like its live where you're getting comped or getting drunk/enjoying the atmosphere, you're just sitting in your room alone making -ev bets over and over again. i just don't get how anyone who refers to themselves as any kind of professional could ever sit down at an online blackjack table. rawkodd 0
for those that don't know the ub bj game is dealt out of a six deck shoe that is shuffled after EVERY hand... the games has a HUGE house edge and is virtually impossible to beat... counting is useless obviously... just a bad bad game of bj

Why not just play 9 2k HU matches and just shove every hand and hope to suck out when you finally get called? What do you think the odds of winning one HU match by pushing every hand are? 65/35?(I get the point of your post, I'm just curious what people think the odds are)

IQCrash 1
This isn't even a first time mistake for me. Last summer, I lost 8k in UB BJ out of my then 20k BR. Now, I certainly have A LOT more now, but it's still a very significant loss. It esp. hurts when you're already on a big downswing in poker, as I've been for the last month. I haven't been catching any brekas in tournaments and that lead me to go on super tilt tonight. The results were just ugly. You ever stop to think this stuff is why people don't li...
