I think their marketing department is the lamest in the industry, though they aim at casino games players.They have everchanging monthly promos that you have to read through, and enter a stupid password to qualify for.This is not what poker players want. They want something consistent that they'll return to, not some idiotic creationfrom the marketing department.I also do not recommend that you play rebuy tournaments (even though the overlay is there, especially in the $250K monthly) because I sent them a screenshot proving that 6 players at our table requested addons and none of us got chips!So what do they do? Lame, lame, lame. They refund me the addon cash, but I demanded that we can't plan a rebuy tournament if we don't know whether or not our addon will work, so I said refund me the entire outlay for that tournament.They said they'll get back to me, it's been 2 weeks now.So friggin' lame, how do they expect players to plan a rebuy strategy?So go elsewhere, lol, so damn lame, did I say that already? :icon_frown:If I could ecocard my roll from there to mansion.com I'd do it in a second, but mansion.com has not been connected to ecocard despite what their site says.ONE last lamosity, they allowed an observer whom I just busted out coach a player-buddy as to how everyone played on a final table, semi-final qualifier for the WSOP and they responded that they didn't see anything wrong with that.Not to mention chatting while people are all in, etc. HOW LAME!

Yeah, I hate Prima too...Too bad it's the only place I can play. I had a series of problems a few months ago in the $3 rebuy there, and it took quite a bunch of e-mails just so that they aknowledged it was their mistake and refunded my buy-in.Plus, ST/HU SNGs have the worst structure [blind increase every 10 hands?], along with most of the MTTs [with only 1k chips to start].And then there's the lack of non-HE games.Good thing I am mostly a NL cash game player [on a break from online poker].BTW I suck at tournaments, so I can't join.
