Odd...I wouldn't think this would be a test run for something bigger - if any terrorist would do something, I'm sure they've have more than enough practice runs already...plus - doing a practice run draws attention and makes the "real" attack harder to pull off. If it were a "suicide" bomber then that would pretty much be accomplished with a single death. Unfortunately most "suicide" bombers are in actuality "homicide" bombers.
