Ben_G 0
Im so glad they finally sorted everything out and got this movie released!I was at binions and got to watch them film this movie, it was a very cool experience for me. They also had the full tilt poker school upstairs. I got to meet and chill with all the pros, i think the best part was that i stumbled in there by mistake just going about my day and saw annie duke talking to someone at the bottom of the stairs sure enough they where all there filming the movie. A scene with Ferguson farha and doyle, i was very excited.I also got to meet berrymore and douval but nothing was as good as going upstairs and watching all the pros playing in that poker school. That was like 2 years ago april so im glad they are finally getting this movie out. Aparently had some trouble with marketing or somthing so it was delayed. Cant wait to see it maybe i will be in the background!!!
Speedy Petey 0
I just got back from seeing it. Pretty lame. Some of the table talk was a joke. Best part was when Barrymore pulled up a long tight dress and got on the back of a motorcycle. Nice thigh and *** shot as they pulled away. kind of weird, they only referred to Doyle and Farha by their real names. Harman, Hennigan, Oppenheim and even Matt Savage all had ficticious names. If you are a big poker fan you will enjoy the cameos but that will probably be it.

Dapper Dan G 0
http://www.cinemablend.com/reviews/Lucky-You-2270.html"However, if watching endless reruns of the World Championship of Poker is your idea of a hot weekend, there’s finally a movie for you and your sad life."a little bit harsh, isn't he? haha

finztotheleft 0
huh? who are you replying to?The author of the review in the link.....she says this is the first poker movie to be made (I guess she never heard of Rounders) and that the movie is a few years too late, because the poker boom peaked a few years ago. pokergoat 0
If you can watch a movie and see past the hollywooded-out made for the general public who have no clue about poker, I don't think it was that bad. Some of you all are real haters!
jjdylan 0
The poker boom peaked a few years ago ? Then why was last years WSOP ME the biggest ever ?because there were 8000000 different qualifiers going on for most of the year?? The general public's interest in poker has been slipping for a few years now.

BobVersion1 0
Saw it today with my Fiance, we liked it alot. I thought it was a really good movie and it didn't paint poker in a bad light at all. It was cool seeing so many pros, even if only for a couple min. And even though my Fiance doesn't play nearly as much poker as I do, it was cool talking to her about poker during the movie. I'd suggest seeing it for sure!

BobVersion1 0
I think a big reason people think this movie isn't good is because the trailer focuses more on the romantic side of things then the poker... The poker seemed quite good for a movie... I'll be interested in seeing more of peoples reactions a week or two after its out and more people see it...
Weaver 0
Collusion at the final table is the way the character "redeems" himself after stealing, criticizing for somebody not cheating for him, etc etc?the cameos were entertaining but i hated watching hennigan and many other pros being called some fictitious name...enjoyed parts of it, but overall it was a POS
