I have seen AllAccess Gift Cards in $25, $50, and $100. There is a small activation fee so the $100's are the best value.

As far as I know, the reloadable ones do not work for poker sites, so you can't cash out to the same card. Most sites will send a check.Gift2go.net or Gift2go.com, either way gets you to the same site.
