Things That Make You Go Hmmmm

Well, that depends on the format now doesn't it? But most people go MM/DD/yyYY
mm/dd/yy is only used by americans. your founding fathers intentionally swapped them around & changed the spelling of words. makes a person go hmmm....

I'm an inverse person, I'll show you.A normal person's odds of winning vs. a two outer on the river- 96%so the equation for a normal person, f(x)=-2x+100, x= number of cards you have to dodge, y is the percent you win the hand.Mine works a little differently than that- my odds of winning vs. a two outer on the river is the inverse of that equation combined with a piecewise function.f-(x)=x+50, 0<x<23, y is the percent I win, x= number of outs I have to dodge when I have to dodge less than half the deck, andf-(x)=x+50, 23<x<46 y is the percent I win, x= number of cards my opponents have to dodge when they cover more than half the deck.I have a 52% chance of winning vs. 2 outs. It's still a flip for me to dodge a two outer. It apparently works out I'll show some hands...A couple of hands from sng's I've played: Table: 13390593 (Real Money) Seat #7 is the dealerSeat 1 - THEBRIDGER ($3450 in chips)Seat 5 - CARRIEH111 ($5080 in chips)Seat 7 - XYZ180 ($2870 in chips)Seat 8 - LITLEBULLET ($2100 in chips)LITLEBULLET - Posts small blind $150THEBRIDGER - Posts big blind $300*** POCKET CARDS ***Dealt to LITLEBULLET [Qd Ah] CARRIEH111 - Raises $600 to $600XYZ180 - FoldsLITLEBULLET - All-In(Raise) $1950 to $2100THEBRIDGER - FoldsCARRIEH111 - Calls $1500*** FLOP *** [8s As 10c]*** TURN *** [8s As 10c] [4s]*** RIVER *** [8s As 10c 4s] [7s]*** SHOW DOWN ***CARRIEH111 - Shows [Jd Qs] (Flush, ace high) LITLEBULLET - Shows [Qd Ah] (One pair, aces) CARRIEH111 Collects $4500 from main pot*** SUMMARY ***Total Pot($4500)Board [8s As 10c 4s 7s]Seat 1: THEBRIDGER (big blind) Folded on the POCKET CARDSSeat 5: CARRIEH111 won Total ($4500) HI:($4500) with Flush, ace high [Jd Qs - B:As,P:Qs,B:8s,B:7s,B:4s] Seat 7: XYZ180 (dealer) Folded on the POCKET CARDSSeat 8: LITLEBULLET (small blind) HI:lost with One pair, aces [Qd Ah - B:As,P:Ah,P:Qd,B:10c,B:8s]age #736097821 Tourney ID 60399 Holdem Single Tournament No Limit $200 - 2007-05-04 20:11:13 (ET)Table: 13392002 (Real Money) Seat #9 is the dealerSeat 2 - KUHLMAN007 ($1535 in chips)Seat 5 - RIVERMAN0007 ($3225 in chips)Seat 7 - LITLEBULLET ($1015 in chips)Seat 8 - YUKONTHEGRT ($2840 in chips)Seat 9 - KEEBLERMT ($4885 in chips)KUHLMAN007 - Posts small blind $100RIVERMAN0007 - Posts big blind $200*** POCKET CARDS ***Dealt to LITLEBULLET [Qh As] LITLEBULLET - All-In(Raise) $1015 to $1015YUKONTHEGRT - FoldsKEEBLERMT - Calls $1015KUHLMAN007 - FoldsRIVERMAN0007 - Folds*** FLOP *** [Ah 2h Qc]*** TURN *** [Ah 2h Qc] [4c]*** RIVER *** [Ah 2h Qc 4c] [7c]*** SHOW DOWN ***LITLEBULLET - Shows [Qh As] (Two Pair, aces and queens) KEEBLERMT - Shows [5c Ac] (Flush, ace high) KEEBLERMT Collects $2330 from main pot*** SUMMARY ***Total Pot($2330)Board [Ah 2h Qc 4c 7c]Seat 2: KUHLMAN007 (small blind) Folded on the POCKET CARDSSeat 5: RIVERMAN0007 (big blind) Folded on the POCKET CARDSSeat 7: LITLEBULLET HI:lost with Two Pair, aces and queens [Qh As - P:As,B:Ah,P:Qh,B:Qc,B:7c] Seat 8: YUKONTHEGRT Folded on the POCKET CARDSSeat 9: KEEBLERMT (dealer) won Total ($2330) HI:($2330) with Flush, ace high [5c Ac - P:Ac,B:Qc,B:7c,P:5c,B:4c] Clearly in both situations I have to dodge 9 outs. were you "FYP"? are you "balls detective"? or wahtever.FWIW, "FYP" was the best gimmick account FCP ever had.

I've always wondered why there's braille on a drive up ATM machine.J
Way to be original there. To answer your question. It's because when the ATMs are being made, no one knows where it's going to go. Therefore all ATMs are required to have braille.
