whatevertea 0
To all shareholders Following our upbeat message of 20th March which was issued after assurances from Future Bet (FB) our licensor, that the Network (DGN) was growing rapidly, it is with deep regret that we have decided not to take any more deposits from players for the foreseeable future.Following legislation in the US of last Oct/Nov concerning online gaming, our old Network (OnGame) which we were a part of, fell out with our Licensor (FB) and we had to leave the old Network. We did endeavor to deal direct with OnGame, this was not straightforward due to the lack of communication between Ongame and FB, and the delay in switching over. FB launched a new platform called Digital Gaming Network (DGN) on the 22 Nov 2006, and since then we have struggled to receive payments from them. We have listened to endless promises and have repeatedly been frustrated in our efforts to obtain favourable information. Having sent dozens of requests for money over the last few months we finally had to instruct our legal department to demand payment. Our Solicitor sent an e-mail to FB on 1st March 2007 demanding payment. After further dialogue with FB we were assured a banker's draft was on its way, (as proof they e-mailed us a copy of the draft). This was the time we issued our upbeat Newsletter of the 20th March. This draft failed to arrive and three further assurances of drafts being sent from different banks also failed to arrive. With no positive action forthcoming, we consider we would be trading illegally if we continue accepting deposits. As stated earlier we have already started the legal process and will continue along that route together with taking action through the Media/Forums etc. Following legal advice, we are now approaching the appropriate authorities to investigate the possibility that fraud has taken place, since we have been encouraged to carry on business based on false promises, while FB has continued to generate income. For the next 7-10 days you may continue to play on the site at your own risk, but as explained earlier we will be taking no deposits for the immediate future. Any withdrawals will be processed as and when funds become available from Futurebet. FCP Bob 1,311
I am a little confused by this, is this about FCP or not? and where did u find this?Hi Armen, it isn't about FCP other then the site being mentioned is also on the DGN.Futurebet has dozens of small sites that that they liscence and those sites used to be at On Game and are now at the DGN.FCP uses Futurebet to provide us with our Casino software and some backend services but we process our own payments and we of course are also on the DGN along with the Futurebet sites as well as many others. I'm not sure that I've heard of Poka Poker before today so I can't comment about their situation and any business disputes that they have but FCP is processing withdrawals and accepting deposits as normal. Knish340 0
I have also requested a cheque from Fulltilt with no response. A couple days later I asked another question and got a response. Its been a week now.Anyone else having problems?I requested a check from Tilt this past week and got an email that day saying my request was being processed. Then I got an email two days later saying my withdrawl request had been approved and my check should arrive within ten business days. This was on the 12th so I obviously have not received my check yet, but things seem to be moving along as they should. I am keeping my fingers crossed.Edit: Got my check, a week later. CaneBrain 95
I requested two checks recently on back to back days and both arrived within a week. Their support also always gets back to me within 12 hours. I have no idea why people are having such issues with Full Tilt they have been great with me.I requested two more cashouts by check 5 and 7 days ago respectively. I received emails saying that both cashouts had been approved and processed. I expect to get my checks within the next 3 or 4 days and I am confident they will arrive within 10 business days as they state on their withdrawal page. They always have before.
