I was coming back to say N9ine as well, pretty good, and great atmosphere. If it is Friday or Saturday, get your reservations early, and then see which celebs are there that night, I saw plenty.

Been in Vegas 6 years now, the 2 best places IMO for a great steak are N9NE at the Palms or T-Bones at the Red Rock. Filet at N9NE runs you like $34 bucks or so just for the steak, WELL WORTH IT. All the sides and salads are extra. The tempura rock shrimp appetizer there is also awesome. If you can't get a table or a reservation at N9NE you can also eat in the bar area, they have couches and small tables there. The service is also impeccable. If you go to T-Bones sit out on the patio overlooking the pool area. HTHB

PRIME at Bellagio sucks. Bad service, average steaks (in comparison to the rest at least). They get all the suckers in there and give an average cut of meat for an above average price. I would avoid this place.Mon Ami Gabi = fantasticI'm also a big fan of surf and turf at The Palm (great lobster) in Caesars Forum Shops.Also....one of the best steakhouses in vegas, don't laugh I'm serious, is Circus Circus.
Only steakhouse I tried in Vegas thusfar, but I can attest to the quality of the steaks. That means they are pretty damn good.

We tried Smith & Wollensky during Super Bowl weekend. We will not go back. We were seated one hour after our reservations. My salad was brought to me after my meal. Their steaks are char broiled with the emphasis on char. My wife sent her steak back and did not get another one.

That's how Gibsons is here too. We also have S&W, though I haven't tried it.... but it's just a style of cooking. Good steaks though, but I'm one that would prefer spices rather than char. Still loved Gibsons.

I had an excellent overall experience at Prime in the Bellagio. Pricey, but the steak including a seafood platter, which I normally dont like, was phenomenal. Im starving!steak2.jpg

I just took my girlfriend to Morton's for her birthday this past week. Double filet is +ev in my book. At $39, a 14 oz filet is well worth it.Sorry. Brag post.

You guys are killing me...I just stayed at the Venetian in March, and did not know there was amazing steak there!
Don't worry, you were never awake when they were open anyway.
