Ok, so I played a bit more today because I'm a complete sicko.2800 hands has to be a record for me.apr27mh8.jpgapr27tj9.jpgThat nice spike at the end...33 holds on a 3TKJQ board 3 ways somehow... with raises on the flop, and the turn...and two seconds later, AA and KK on different tables at the same time... KK on a KxAxA board A6 calls the whole way and raise/calls the river, and AA holds somehow with JJ and 88 calling down the whole way :DI needed that.Somehow, I ended up only down $95 in my account, although I did clear that $250 bonus. I still have RB to calculate from today, which will be somewhere between $100 and $150, so it actually looks like I made money today!I :club: bonus and rb.

weekendingApriil28th2007.jpgyeah so my first week of full time poker playing, I just got my account set up and I had to wire transfer money to the poker site which was kind of sketchy. Anywho I played 50NL and made $644 for the week, with bonus. Beats the pants off my regular job that I know...

congrats on the comeback. several questions:$250 bonus? where?how come you're earning so much in RB?fwiw, i've been playing mostly SH, and some FR on crypto, and even only at 30% RB, my bonus + RB worked out to over 100% this month. my MGR was about 115 earning $100 bonus on Sun playing a mix, $254 clearing a $200 bonus on Poker Plex playing mostly SH and $88 clearing $100 playing mostly FR at Inter.for FR my PT MGR (total rake) was higher, but SH it was lower, even though i ran terrible at FR. guess i'm tighter than average at SH and looser at FR.unless i'm doing something wrong though, looks like my bonus + rakeback worked out to:Poker Plex - $254 MGR, $200 bonus:$76.2 RB + 200 bonus = 276.2276.2/254 = 108.7%Interpoker - $88 MGR, $100 bonus:26.4 RB + 100 bonus = 126.4126.4/88 = 143.6% (i ran horribly at Inter, so this number is grossly exaggerated)Sun Poker - $115 MGR, $100 bonus:$34.5 RB + 100 bonus = 134.5134.5/100 = 134.5%so it looks like the rakeback at SH is around 110% for a tightish guy, but probably still over 100% for average players. for full-ring i've been running so bad its hard to tell, but i'd guess 110-120% is a reasonable estimate for an average player.am i crazy, mathematically inept, or are these amazing numbers?

It's possible Danny.Since it's calculated using the "dealt" method, if you're tight, your RB could be significantly higher than what you actually paid. I'm tighter than I should be at SH too.My RB numbers are just guestimates, as they usually turn out to be slightly more than 30% of my PT rake figures.I'm at Betsafe, btw, looking into the others for May though. Betsafe has a $500 no deposit required bonus, clearing at 5x for the first $20+55+75, then 6x for the next $100, and 7x for the next $250 (the bonus I had left to clear).Looking at my numbers, my MGR for the month is $1108.65, so that's $332.60 in RB and $500 in bonus. So works to about 75% RB.The MGR # I'm using is off of the RakeBrain.com tracking site, but I'm pretty sure all of my play last night is not updated in that, although definitely up to the point where I cleared the bonus. My PT rake shows $957.50 that I actually played, so it'll be pretty close to 100% of PT rake after it updates with the rest of my play from last night, even though some play was without bonus to back me up.Btw, your last calculation should be 134.5/115, not 100.If you'd unblock me from AIM, or add me on MSN or something, we could discuss this in more detail :PDo you know if it's possible to transfer from one e-cash account to another? I'm trying to figure out how to get money on the other sites, and want to just transfer from my Betsafe account.

Danny, what do you use to move the money around now?
i don't. deposited everything with neteller while i could, and haven't withdrawn yet. Deposited with Party by registering my bank account, and plan on withdrawing all my PSO stuff through them. kind of putting off all my other withdrawals hoping there will be options available, or i'll be able to convince ECashDirect (crypto) to let me transfer from one account to another (they said no).i'm pretty much just playing the cryptos, and maybe another 10-20 hours per month now though, so withdrawing isn't a big concern. sorry.

A lot of the Cryptos are deposit bonuses though, I take it you just plan on doing the no-deposit ones?

i doubt I'd do anything worse than 5x. there's a few hundred in no-deposit 5x per month, so i'll plan on doing those, and still looking for ways to do the others. i'm looking for ideas too.

I'm trying to sign up for Click2Pay, but they're being annoying and they need my credit card, which they aren't accepting... I'm trying to get support to help me, but from what I've heard, they are useless.

April has not been good. Almost went broke on Poker Stars. Was down as low as $40.... ouch. Dropped back down to $10nl and managed to get my account back up to $150 over the last week. A decent recovery, imo.Didn't play much on Absolute this month. What I did play, I lost a little, about $25, not so bad.So, My combined accounts gives me about $575, which puts me down about $130 for the month after you include the massive $5 rake back I'll get on Absolute and if you don't count the high I reached earlier in the month before I hit the big down swing.Still fighting though. Hopefully I can recover a bit more.

I almost bustoed on FT the other day after being up to $1.1k. Got as low as $25 (not counting the three STTs that I was playing at the time). That's kind of low considering my regular "levels" these days are $50/$100 STTs.I really need to call it a month. Got too much going on to put in any more hours. Overall, a pretty decent little month.

yeah I finally got some cash out of an old loan that went I assumed I would never get anything from, sounds like instabankroll to me. My job hired efficiency consultants and it has sucked since, I am actually thinking about going back to school and getting my masters while playing poker... I think I can pull it off if I can get a decent amount in the bank to take the stress off.I am still playing $50NL because I am waiting for a check and it has taken been two weeks and I am still waiting. I am running at 9ptbb/100 with bonus it is a decent amount of money per hour.

April is a train wreck.I played about 1/2 of the hands i wanted to, and made about 1/4 of the money i projected.
Sir,you aren't forcing anything are you?Since you are on your own, I wondered. But I know you had a large rainy day fund. good idea*************No neck,my old company would try some new scheme, including Efficiency Efforts, about once per yr. Six Sigma was another one.So we had to list everything we spend at least 2% of our time during the yr.2% of 2000hr = 40hr. You'd be surprised how much of the day of an Actuary is not spent working on something that we need 40hr per yr to do. "Looking into why things look out of trend this qrt" seems like a big waste if time - but it's a pimary job, time wiseOld company: 5 CEOs and 2 Temp CEOs in my 8 yrsNew Company, 6 CEOs is 100 yrs. And no silly SixSigma crap.

Yeah I think the people we had were unfortunately not very bright, in order to figure out how much work was your "goal" they took your most productive day. Lets say that was 12 requests during an 8 hour day. Well then they figured that you were capable of that everyday so your goal should be 25% higher than your best day ever. Are they going to give you any additional resources to complete this? Noooo and normally the bosses use to be pretty laid back but then the consultants decided that people needed structured feedback so now they came around every hour to ask if you were going to make your goal. OOOO yea and everyday you got a "report card" of all the work you did on a previous day. Granted it is an entry level job but I still feel like a child. Hopefully this week I will make millions :club: Played a few hands this weekend up another $60 dollars or so with bonus.

That wasn't no_neck, that was me. I recall you said you knew how I played from FCP and that you knew the river killed you. That conversation make more sense now that you thought I was more active poster.Little late on my post. :club:
