High upside, fair amount of risk, but I really like Jake Bean and at the time, Julien Gauthier seemed like a great pick. Link to post Share on other sites

He got an autograph from Sergachev last night, and its a pic of it that I took. I have to admit, the kid stayed around for much longer than most of the players (maybe he was just waiting for others), but it was cool to see how open he was to everyone signing and taking pics. Puuljarvi was pretty nice too. Frank+I have a good friend who is a Habs fan, so we go the auto for him. Very cool experience to see the draft in person. You miss the analysis by the "experts" but it was fun being there with my friends who are as degen as I am about prospects/pools, and it was fun since Carolina had 2 picks.
