when you say the villian tries to outplay people, is he one that will only show down two pair or better in big pots? I don't see how you can fold this against someone who gets it in with TPGK....I also think the not raising the flop is a huge mistake.

Villain "outplays" by putting max pressure when he thinks he senses weakness. Often he'll overbet a pot and then show a hand like 6 or 7 high, and then laugh and scream "ship it". He loves action. He always calls flop/turn with nothing with the intention of bluffing later.Like always though, LAG players do pick up ahnds once in a while and then their rep makes people pay them off.

The hero bet the flop then raised on the turn.I think the line you took is correct and you have to call the all-in. The villain could have a flush draw with the 9 and figured that you couldn't stand the pressure. Against a hand that beats yours (as long as it's not a set) you have at least 11 outs to beat and you might already be ahead.

No problem, I think you should have bet more on the flop.
My intention was to get people to call, because at this point I'm almost 100% positive I have the best hand, or the best drawing hand. Any bigger of a bet, and hands like TP or lower flush draws might fold because they're getting terrible odds.

I agree with this actually. There aren't really any draws out there, with the exception of the 45 OESD and a flush draw, which other people can't draw to becuase you have the nut flush draw. I'd still bet like $25 on the flop though becuase $15 is just way too small IMO. IF someone was going to call $15, they'll call $25 and maybe $30.

I agree with this. You're betting more, not so much to protect your hand, but to get more money into the pot with your huge hand.

I pay them if they're notoriously LAG. You'll take their money more often than not.Villain also does this with TcJc

I am going to assume that you play a TAG style. He most likely knows this and if you raised him I highly doubt he is reraising without having you beat. Easy Fold here IMP.
This is why LAG players get away with their style so much. People fold huge hands to them because they think, "Man, he just has to has to has to have a hand this time. He plays okay, knows I'm decent, and that I must have a hand here." Then he just shows 9 hi again. But in this case, your hand is pretty solidly established as "pretty good." I bet more on the flop, just so this is an easier call...Wang

Yup, with a LAG, I either plan to check raise hard on this flop or just over bet the pot on the flop. This is why position is essential.
