We will play .25/.50 NL/PL Hold Em/Omaha. We will also play a mix of limit games at the 2/4 level. This will depend on what games people can play etc. We can play way lower if people want to learn new games. Cuz not everyone knows 2-7 TD, O8, Razz, etc...so we will play that by ear. After that, we will run up to Majestic Star Casino and inavde their poker room for some more goot times.PM me for more details/directions etc. Mark and I would like some sort of head count so we can make plans etc. I would need a volunteer to bring chips/cards...if nobody has any of that stuff I can get it, but if someone else has it that would make things easier.It's definately BYOB. I will have a place to store a few cold brews etc....and of course we have the uber sik Island Oasis Machine to blend fine Margarita's and Daquiri's.....MMMMMMMMMMM! We can order Pizza etc. later and I will make sure we get some sort of chips, pretzels, etc.Thats about covers it...I look forward to meeting those of you I haven't met...and look forward to seeing old friends too!Later Link to post Share on other sites

More like afternoon/early evening probably.As for saturday, I say it's easiest to just all head to Majestic, since a few of us will be there already (Jon and I), but what time were you guys thinking if you do a homegame? Cause my gf wants to go out to celebrate her bday at night probably. But i'd like to do both.Havent decided if Im going up there before traffic or after. Most likely get up there around 8 pm and stay til about 2. Do you play the 1-2 or the 2-5, I mostly play the 2-5 but the last few times I played the 1-2 it was just so easy. They are very bad there. Out of curiosity does anyone no for sure if they are running cash games while this tourney is going on. Ive never been to that boat but I assume its pretty small like the others. Plus doesnt indiana have a max amount of gaming stations open law like Illinois? Could be a problem if the tourney tables count against that. Just a thought. Then head down to the home game (so to speak) around 6 or 7 o clock. If you guys are planning to head back to Majestic later that night I may be able to join in if I'm REAL nice to my girlfriend for the next 3 days. Suited_Up 2 Posted March 21, 2007 Share Posted March 21, 2007 Yeah, went to Majestic today.Dropped $400 at 1/2NL. Sickest run of **** cards I've ever seen. Without exaggurating, I didn't win a pot for 45 minutes. After that, I won the blinds with AK. Then didn't win another for another half hour or so. Missed nearly every flop I saw. Only set I hit was when I was all in with 88 on a 774 flop with my shorstack, and sucked out a 2 outer on the river against Q7. Woohoo, doubled to like 120 or 150 or something. On my 4th buyin I did manage to get it up to about 220, then didn't get anything else for another hour or two. Eventually went down from one crap hand or another, and then doubled with AK AIPF to get back to like 70, then push my last 60 in with QJ on a TKx flop, miss and i'm done for the night. Just a sick sick cold deck. Played pretty well though, which is why it really does suck. Only misplayed JJ once for a buyin (one overcard hit and obviously he had it), and then called down for $40 too much with 2nd pair with AJ. Otherwise, think I did as good as I could have. I hate poker today.But decided i'll put my rakeback money online now, and just win a tournament. Cause I'm still looking to get some money for my vegas trip, and losing $400 of it doesn't help.
