I don't have much of a read but villain seems to be fairly solid, but plays a moderately loose range of hands in late position (seen him limp with Q10os in cutoff, etc).

Push it all in on the turn. Blinds are $200/400, you have 1600ish, I would just push it in on the turn. If he folds you pick up the blinds but still have a very low M. And by the way, where is the two pair at, I just see a pair of J's.
