Venetians deepstack tourneys are the best in town. Sun-Thu $330 gets you 6000k in chips with 40 min levels. Fri-Sat $540 gets you 10k in chips. It also has a very good blind structure with lots of play. They also have $180 at night at 8pm where you get 4500 in chips with 30 min levels. Outstanding quality room as well.

What a nice dad !Please thank your son for serving to protect us.Hopefully the poker gods will send positive karma to both of you at the tables.
I understand your intentions, but I would hope he gets crushed in Vegas and gets all the bad luck out of his system before returning to Iraq. Hopefully he's home for good, then best of luck to ya.

his actions take true courage, no matter what side of the fence you are on politically. I pray that his return to Iraq is short, swift, and safe and that he is back home again soon for good.

And here is a link to the daily schedule to every Vegas casino. The good smaller tournaments are at the Orleans. Great structure, too.http://www.lasvegasvegas.com/poker/tournaments.phpBut I'm surprised nobody mentioned the Horseshoe yet. Experience some poker history, check out the wall of fame and "Old Vegas Stench" :club: They have tourneys every day for less than $100.Best of luck to both of you!

for a lower buyin, Ceasar's has a $130 daily at noon ($80 +$50 rebuy) that gets you 4500 chips with 40 minute levels. nice room, great dealers.

I liked this Ceasar's tourney as well. Got 5th for $560.00 last year. I think it's the best structure for a low buy in tourney in town. And as other's have stated, Many thanks to you son for the brave duty he is serving to this great country. Thank you!

1. Venetian daily2. Caesars Noon 3. Sahara for lower buyin. They also go in order from higher buyin to lower, so basically you get what you pay for. Though the $62 Sahara tourney gets you something like 4 or 5k in chips, which is good, even with the crapshoot 20 minute levels. I've only played the Caesars out of the group, and it was a good structure, though if you don't find something in the first level or two, it does start to pickup a bit. Still a good deal for $130. I highly recommend http://www.allvegaspoker.com (all the info you could want)

very true. good tourneywww.allvegaspoker.comGo with the nooner at Caesars.Get there a little early and screw around at the 1/2 NL. People look to get some quick gamble in before the tourney.
