serge 904
Have been on the phone all day working on 3 new deals. The resale market has been picking up as a lot of my clients are finalizing there purchases...May is looking to be a great month for closings.Havent had much time to play poker much online and I have decided to go back...I will be playing on Stars as a low limit recreational semi pro player. Back in the day I used to make my living playing the $10-20 game in Toronto, now with a real job and a family i just grind out the low limits on line and occasional visits to the $5-10 game in Port Perry. I really need to go up there more as my hourly rate is really good..Its about $17/hour playing the $5-10 game. However the 45 minute ride each way cuts into the hourly and the gas on the Mustang isnt cheap.I have set some goals for my online play..Some people set hourly, big bet or bankroll related goals. Well my goals are to have my poker winnings to pay for my mortgage and car payments. When I was playing more this was a pretty easy goal to achieve. I hope to start fresh in April and you can follow my progress in my blogs. I would have to make roughly $2000 a month. I call this the Jay Leno method to financing. Jay Leno lives off of what he makes on the road doing stand up and appearances, his Tonight Show money he never touches. On the hockey note, I am really excited about the leafs game tonight..I have been in playoff mode for the last 2 weeks as i get that feeling right before game time. I am very excited to see what will happen with this team in the next month. My son is really getting into the games now , which is weird as he is only two. He realizes when a goal is scored , however sometimes he cheers for the wrong goal..I am working on him still..I have a couple of very serious projects I am working on that I cant talk about yet, however it does involve me and the family spending more time on the West Coast..Which is the ultimate goal.Thats it for now.. I got around 24 with my Mustang last summer and thats nothig to complain about. My team has a big game tonight too against the Canucks should be a good one.Good luck on taking poker back up. I have been on a poker break for about three months now and I am thinking about jumping back in too. I only play live action so it makes it easy to stay away from when you have over an hour drive in the winter time.

pezeveng 207
I actually saw Jay Leno live at Casino Rama his stand up wasnt funny at all. Bill Cosby was hilarious though. Casino Rama brings the same dam performers every year. Again this year the have CCR and Stix.

Working on a couple of things..I still have to go and buy my wife a xmas present..Well sort of, we need 4 gifts..One xmas present from me , one from Adrian..And luck would have it her bday is Dec29...How lucky for her..My In laws are visiting from California..They are very cold..They dont like cold...They saw snow and they started doing snowball fights..Who does that?LOLThe In laws were lucky to come to Adrian's game, and witnessed his first goal..The Kid performs well under pressure. After the game we had some scouts asking questions. I told him , NO we arent ready yet.On another note I won the Lotto 6 49 on Saturday...Yes it was $10..but its a WINNER, GAGNON.Be merry and jolly..Love your family and your neighbour(even if they are Habs fans)

serge 904
This thread brings back good memories. Hope to start similar hockey experiences with my second son Mateo. He is still too young. I almost would like the Leafs to NOT win the Cup this year so both my boys can enjoy the experience. But ill take it if we win.My mother in law has been living with us for almost 3 months now. My Father in law is coming to town tonight, they will be leaving in 10 days.Bitter sweet. She has been a great help with the baby, but it comes with certain not so fun things. Like when its 80 degrees in the house and we arent allowed to turn on the AC. Small things. OVerall she is great.Adrian has come a long way since those early days. Now he knows a lot of the players, understands the game and loves hockey.Mateo is ready to start the process.Age of Mateo when the Leafs win the Cup this year.....11 months. Not bad...
