insideroomtable10.jpgI was recently in the Bellagio and unfortunately the big game was not going off that week but I did get to peer into Bobby's Room from the outside. Above is the best picture of it I could find. There is two glass walls, creating two sides of the rectangle, and two walls on which pictures and televisions are found making up the rest of the room. One of the poker room manager's, a tall kindly fellow named Andy, actually sat next to me after his shift in a $2-5 NL game. We got to talking and I inquired about the game and he mentioned that the big boys, on a normal week, one where they're not all out of town at a major tourney, are likely to be playing in Bobby's Room 4-5 nights a week. He said the regulars are Doyle, Phil, Eli, Gus and Jenn, no surprises there. But it must be strange to play in a room where your photo is on the wall. I can remember Eli, Doyle, and Phils pictures for certain and I think there were two others but not Daniel. Not that that matters. Anyway it was pretty cool and I just wondered if anyone has more info on it or have ever played in it. It was like getting to walk on your favorite football or baseball team's field.

Is it me or does Eli look better than normal in that picture?
Ha...he looks possessed!

No way bro, you're not a loser. I thought it was very cool when I first played at Bellagio. I think most would be lying if they said otherwise. There was a game going then and Freddy Deeb came out and sat with me and another guy waiting for our games. The guy loves to drop the F-bombs! Pretty cool guy.

Are there any Bellagio dealers in the group here? Does Bellagio have a privacy policy about the games to prevent gossip and whatnot? If that isnt the case, tell us everything you know!

it seems quite small...I wish there were more views available of the room.
It's about a 30-foot by 40 foot room with 3 tables, a few lounge type chairs (or used to be), a few plasmas, and I'm pretty sure a mini sink with a counter top along the back wall. Nice room for sure. usually a floor guy at the door at all times shooing looky loos away.Rumor has it that there is a policy now where no friends and/or family are allowed to sweat the games anymore. Maybe it was getting to crowded in there, I do remember it seemed like a night club in there at times during games with folks practically sitting on top of each other, but there hasn't been a big game going in a while now. That should change when they all come in for the tourney in April.Bellagio has a REAL good $5/10 NL game btw. Ill be there next month...yum yum! :club:

Last March when I was in Vegas with a few friends my friend up and walked in there while Elezra and a few others were playing.. Elezra asked how old he was (looks like he is 14) and then asked him if he wanted to play in the game... I was like "dude you cant just walk in there".. and he was completely oblivious that the room was for " high rollers".. it was funny but he said Elezra was real nice in the little time that he got to speak with him before being booted out by Floor supervisors.

I wish that everyone knew about Google:http://www.allvegaspoker.com/news_detail_53.html
I wish you knew I have seen those pictures and yet they still do not show the whole of Bobby's Room. Yes they are great shots of the Bellagio poker room and one or two of the high limit area but not many of Bobby's Room. I wanted to see the whole layout not just one corner of the room.

Where do they play the daily tourneys? I havent seen any going on or at least noticed.
They're played right in the main poker room. The last time I was there I was playing in the daily tournament and was at a table right outside of Bobby's room. Gus and Jenn stood right behind me leaning against the wall outside of Bobby's room talking about a couple of hands from a tournament. I saw Doyle ride up on his scooter too. Pretty cool.

the tables that they play the tournaments at are the most cramped I have ever played in. not a big fan of the Bellagio as a low roller you are treated like ****. But it deffinatly has a big time feel to it but strictly looking for a nice comfortable place to play a lower stakes nl game or tourney I would play at the Venetian everyday over the Bellagio.

06091804_01_g.jpgHere is another view inside Bobby's Room
Did the Bellagio recently expand Bobby's Room or something?I played at Bellagio in August of last year, and I briefly glanced over at the high limit room, didn't seem like anything special to me. Just a (roughly) 20x30ish room with a single table and a sidebar, nothing more. That picture makes the room seem a lot bigger, just wondering if it actually *is* larger than I remember or if I just wasn't paying attention?

06091804_01_g.jpgThere are only two tables in the room. The picture in question was shot with a wide angle lens which makes the room look bigger than it is.

I knocked a big name player on his (her?) ass when I was at the Bellagio. Just trucked her (him?), knocked him (her?) down like a fucking bowling pin. I had been drinking.
