Well I sure hope that you called, He may have you beat but there's no way that i'm laying down top 2 pair for 1 more bet.I can't even imagine why you would be asking anyone what to do automatic call.

9-7 is still a possibility to me, albeit a pretty silly one.10-x suited is a possibility I guess, but I kind of doubt it. J10 is a possibility as well.Trips is also another realistic possibility, as is two pairs on the flop. However, the most likely hand to me is A8 and A5, unless you got some sort of huge read that he was drawing somewhere on the turn, or AK/AQ/AJ and trying to steal. He could also be getting way out of line with J9 and QJ and is putting you on a 10 correctly. Poker is not only about what you have, and what you think he has, but what he thinks you think he has. Also, maybe he thinks you're drawing and he is also drawing.I think you can make a case for folding, calling, or raising here depending on your read. I'm not that sure about this, and maybe someone else can explain this to me, but shouldn't he cap the turn here? I don't see how you can get away unless you feel as if you have a very good read. If you have a really good read, then you have to fold. If you have a good read and it says two pairs, then you have to raise. Without a read you're probably in front, and you're only behind someone playing 10-x of diamonds, overplaying 9-7, or one of the sets on the board. The thing is that you'll have to live with 10-10 or AA, JJ made a really silly reraise on 4th street, and 88-55 made a sort of questionable raise before the flop though it is possible. In addition, far too many people would check a set on the flop. What do you think he has? The number of hands that you beat that are possible theoretically is higher than the number of hands that have you beat.I'm sure from your experience with the player you can limit it down from these hands. But think about all the possible hands, limit them down. If you can somehow amazingly eliminate A5, A8, 10-8, 76, and all the many other hands he could be holding here then you can fold. I also think if you are pretty sure he didn't flop a set you can probably raise. If you capped the turn, it's much easier to just call here. But you don't have a really good read, because you raised on the turn, so the only hands you're really afraid of are 9-7, a diamond draw that also makes a straight, AJ, or a diamond draw that pairs the 10. Any of these hands means capping the turn. Therefore, I'm going to guess you don't have a strong read either way, which means you need to call, and hopefully you'll pick it up with 2 pairs over another two pairs or a hand like AK.

I bet, he raises me............What do I do ????????What would you do ?????????????? Call or fold ?????This is a joke right?People who fold to one more on the river should just drive icepicks through the hands they use to muck cards, pinning them to the table to avoid having to make these "tough" decisions. If you're not going to call a raise here....DON'T FUKCING BET

Just because he reraises you in on the turn you put him on a flush when a diamond falls on the river? Is it possible he hit his ace on the turn and he is raising with that? Plus you CHECKED TO HIM ON THE TURN and he probably doesnt think you have an ace and just a pair of tens. You got what you wanted with the check why did you stop betting? You have this guy severely beaten, unless he has ace jack. When you are trying to figure out what you opponent has you can't simply look at the board and think he has the nuts. Think out what your opponent did, simply looking at the board is lazy and will get you thrown off a terrible amount of hands.

how your allowed to remain a member here baffles me, your such an ass to people.Mainly because I'm so great.I realize you wouldn't understand, but when you're as amazingly great as I am you get away with more because of your greatness. This sometimes bothers less great people, but I mean, really...who cares about what they think, you know?

When you led out on the river you had to at least understand that you could be raised. If you weren't willing to call a raise if it came then you should have checked. I think this was what Smash was getting at in his own egocentric way, as usual, good advice, sarcastically given. As I figure the post you are getting 10-1 for the last river bet. After you figure the hands he could have I think you are by far better then 10-1 so you have to call.

Ok, I´ll tell you what he had.Of course I called. He had : 8 :D and 7 :club: He had pair of 8s........This was his game, all session he did this, very aggressive with just the lowest pair, and he scared a lot of people with his aggressiveness and he won a lot of pots with this game, but when he was up against better players he usually lost. His bankroll went from 75$ to less then 10$ in about 1 hour.I´d played for about 30 min. when I made this call on him, and from this moment on he was called almost every time..........and he lost...... :D

when you get an aggressive player like that who is being aggressive but not necessarily playing well, its just a matter of who gets his money. you want it. having two pair and him raising you is not an opportunity you get very often. this is an EASY reraise. dont just look at the cards on the board, look at the potential hands he could have.there is a possibility that he could have a flush of course, but this isn't no-limit, so you aren't risking your entire stack by reraising, you're only risking two bets if he reraises. this is an easy reraise if this guy is being particularly aggressive.cheers, daniel

[/quoteSmash is about as great as a 20 cent whore or Joey Knish, take your pick. Personally think he would pick Joey. Low limit master he is.
