pbwl11 0
Gotta be Blazing Saddles. That movie is just so offensive to so many cultures on so many levels, it's hilarious. I've seen it at least 20 times, and I still roll on the floor laughing!

CasqueNoir 0
Wow, Spaceballs is my own personnal cult movie, so it has to be it!My avatar on all forums since I am on the Internet is CasqueNoir or a variation of it, which is the french name of Dark Helmet.I saw it a lot in the french translation even though I normally prefer to watch the original language versions of movie now, but my english was not where it's at back in the day. This one was just great though!

Baylor05 0
Have to vote for Spaceballs simply because it was the first Mel Brooks film I ever saw and bought. But like everyone else I do love Blazing Saddles. What's genius about Brooks' works is he can do low-brow humor in an intelligent way. Listen to his commentary sometime. It's amazing the thought and deliberation that goes into his movies.People try to immitate but can't achieve the same effect. Not Another Teen Movie and Scary Movie just to quote a couple of examples. Both movies were just plain stupid, no real humor involved, just playing off tired stereotypes.
