donk4life 34
I got a question here for you all...I turned 18 not too long ago... And yes, I've been online for a while now.. But thats beside the point.Anyways, too my question.. How old do you have to be sit down in Indian Casinos? I know the legal gaming age is 21, but I've heard from people than an 18 year old can play on an Indian Reservation.. Is this true? Any answers would be nice. Thanks

nutzbuster 7
18 used to be fine at many Native American casinos in Arizona, but that changed recently. You have to be 21 now.My guess is that each state may have their own policies regarding legal age now and it probably varies from state to state. Call before you go obv. MinhLyFan 1
At the casinos here in New Mexico it is legal to play poker and bingo when you are eighteen; however, most casinos have their own policies, and only one of them lets eighteen year olds play poker.

CMOORACES 0
I played my first live poker at 18 in a Minnesota casino at an Indian reservation. I was so scared that the first time I threw my chips in the pot my hand was shaking and the chips rolled all over the table and onto the floor. However, that was a million years ago. I left, got on my dinosaur and rode back to the cave. I'm sure much has changed. Do they still have phonographs at the bar?
SSPadawon4 0
im pretty sure in depends on the state and what casino.
givalitl 0
This has been brought up a lot recently. I think any Indian casino is 18+. It doesn't matter what state it's in because the casino isn't technically in the state, it's on the Indian reservation. But as far as non-Indian casinos goes I believe they're all 21+. I guess it could be a state law and vary between states, but I think 21+ is a federal law.
