The games are pretty easy. I normally play at Horseshoe because I like their cardroom better, but honestly, pretty much anywhere the games are easy (at least the limits i play, which are sometimes 4-8 limit and occasionally 10-20, and 1-2 NL with the occasional 2-5 NL.I would imagine it is about like everywhere. I cant speak to the higer limits, however.

I have played extensively in Vegas, as well as Gold Strike, Horseshoe, Sam's Town, and Hollywood in Tunica. I play mostly limit ($10-$20 on down to $4-$8) and tournaments. They are very soft, but, in my opinion, not as soft as the comparable games in Vegas.

Thanks for that, keep the replies coming. In my experience 1/2nl is very easy in vegas but you have to be more selective at 2/5nl and above as the games can be full of local rocks. Was just wondering if the 2/5nl and above games in Tunica were easier or still full of players who take the games a bit more seriously. Also is the casino area in Tunica safe or do I need to be careful?

I've never felt threatened but you have to remember there isn't really a strip, all the casino's are on the river so they are spread out all over the place with the exception of Gold Strike, Horseshoe, and Sheraton which are all right together. These three have entrances and exits on the sides so you can pretty much walk outside one and into the next. Other than that you will be driving from casino to casino (only a few miles) and most have parking garages.
