dynamoz123 0
Hi, I'm back from the tournament after a ride from Daniel's friend. Just a recap of some of my hands for the day. I had QcQs in the small blind. A guy who has been raising quite liberally bets out 3200 in the cutoff (blinds were 600-1200). I've raised his bets once or twice before and both times he's folded. I decided to just call this time. Flop comes 6h5h3d. I check. He bets about 5k, I re-raise to 15k. He thinks then moves all in. I think for a long time but finally show him the queens. 55% of me thinks that he had it or at least a big drawing hand and 45% thinks that he made a really gutsy play as I was playing tight. The other memorable hands were my all-in with AQ vs. A8 and near the end of the day my QJ vs. KQ. Both which have been covered. The tight image as well as people rooting for me definitely had a HUGE affect on the guy with KQ. I know he doesn't want to bust me nor would he raise me with nothing. I knew I was in trouble when he didn't fold immediately. I put him on either KQ or KJ. Leaning more towards KJ as time went by. I thought he would put me all in. Any other player and he would be all in. I was quite relieved when he folded...There was some crazy bad beats at my table. AK vs AA all in preflop. QQ (Isabelle Mercier) all in for like 30k into a 5k bet. The 5k player has been playing tight solid poker until he called with KQ suited. I'm not sure what he was thinking there. Then AQ (the 5k guy) vs. Q2.So I'm at 47k right now. I was pretty card dead before and after my AQ all in. Hopefully I can catch some cards and flops tomorrow. I'm off to bed now... Suited_Up 2
If you have reraised him twice before and he folded both times, isn't this the time to reraise him again and hope he jams you?Daniel?Anybody?I'd think so too. Also with such a low flop, I would think that maybe he thought you were making a play hoping he just had AK and would lay down to your raise, so he re-popped you thinking you were the one making the play.I dunno.
