it's more southwestern than "mexican", but eat at bobby flay's MESA if you don't mind spending a buck or twohttp://www.mesagrill.com/dinner.htm

Little Buddah (Asian/sushi) and 9ine (steak) at the Palms.Noodle bars, either at Bellagio and Venitian.Wynn buffet.Agave (mexican, more New Mexican actually), out in Summerlin, located in a very nice strip mall center across from Red Rocks casino.Mesa Grill is great.Fix at Bellagio is great.Joe's steak house at the north end of the Ceasars shopping center. Very good old school steak house. So many places buddy...you almost have to make an effort to find a bad restaurant.Have fun! :club:

I've been going to Vegas for 30 years now. Here are a couple of my favorites...Mexican : Lindo Mohochan Restaurant on Dessert Inn way off the strip.....The best Mexican in the U.S.Fancy Dinner: Rosemary's Restaurant on west Saraha way off strip....Tremendous !Italian: Bella Luna on SarahaBreakfast: Hash House a Go-Go on Saraha....(it's a joint, but great food)Burger's: In & Out...Also, you may want to consult the Las review Journal newspaper online.....They have a "Best of Vegas section" and the 2007 ratings should be out soon......(go with the editor's advice and ignore what the locals say) ....Hope this helps.....

If you're down for a little bit of a drive, go to Agave in Summerlin. Very good, authentic mexican food. Nice atmosphere and good drinks too. Also, if you're going to go to Summerlin, the Red Rock Casino has a few good restaurants including a VERY good BBQ place. I mean it shouldn't be legal it's so good.I haven't had the Wynn's buffet but you can never go wrong with the one at Bellagio. Also at Bellagio is Prime, one of the best steakhouses I've ever eaten at across the country. Everything I've ever had there is good and I usually go for one dinner there every trip. Have the shellfish appetizer, no questions need to be asked.

I have to admit that I thought this would be another one of those lame ''Hey I'm going to Vegas I WANT TO KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND THE VERY BEST 2-4 LIMIT OR 1-2 NL TABLES OR TOURNEYS UNDER 40 BUCKS WITH SUPER-DUPER STRUCTURES!!! OMGROX0RZ''.But this one is ok. Nice to know there are still people who can appreciate a fine meal instead of Burger King or MacDonalds everyday.

Viva Mercados is good for mexican, I used to eat there all the time when I lived in Vegas and always stop in when I'm in town. It's on the north west corner of Flamigo and Jones, casual and small, so there is usually a wait.

Breakfast: Hash House a Go-Go on Saraha....(it's a joint, but great food)
QFT. This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone should go there. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, try the steakhouse on the top floor of Binion's. The food is not going to be the best you've ever had - although it's definitely quality - but the place is totally old school, and if you go at night you get some unbelievable views of the Strip in the distance. Also, I really really like Cafe Lux at the Venetian. The food there is awesome and they give you a ton of it. Very good for a quick meal and close to the poker room.
