freak2304 0
actually, it depends somewhat on the suits I'm sure, but on the pokulator with gordon having Aspades 7diamonds, BG having Kspades Jhearts, and other guy having 4hearts 5clubs...it's Gordon-36%, BG-37%, and other guy 26%...interesting
Jrobb25 0
Either way...It sure wouldve have been funny as hell to see Phil say"We can go anytime" nothing like nerds ready to fight. Now dont get me wrong he probly has got him on the reach. But. the other guy is from Canada and we all know they fight dirty dirty(you know the mounties and ****) so it would be a good fight. Miguel McHarris 0
I think Phil Gordon just needs to get laid. Let's hook em up with that 6'9" MSU basketball player.
longdistance 0
I used to play occasionally with Cajelais in Montreal. His nickname is Eric "The Body" Cajelais because he is ripped. Even tho Phil is taller than an oak, The Body would rip him apart.BTW----Cajelais is on a sick run for the last 6 months or so. Just sick, filled with deep finishes and long stretches as chip leader in majors.
Suited_Up 2
First of all... What bad beat?Second... Why is he complaining about losing a non bad beat?Third... I have no problem with someone calling him out for whining about nothing.
fitsnstarts 0
I think Phil knows where he was in this pot statistically after both calls. His complaint is not "bad beat" it's that they called him with trash.Again, I would still pick him last in dodgeball.

kinger 0
Phil Gordon = most ANNOYING pseudo poker-pro on television today.......watch PAD....LOL!
StrippersNBlow 0
I was on the fence with Gordon, until his comment to the dealer on PokerAfterDark. The dealer had made a comment, and Gordon said something along the lines of "Hey, leave the jokes to us, you're not even miked!" It was a joke, but the kind of joke that an asshole would make and find funny. Just the delivery made me cringe. Him and Boyd do less and talk more than anyone out there imo. xmykro 0
Phil Gordon is a pompous a-hole. Even when he is doing commentary the guy is arrogant and thinks he is the poker messiah. Dude is a joke.

Caught_clean 0
So funny that people are just going off on gordon for saying a kinda snotty a "ah well poker" comment as he gets up leaves. Cajelais won one god damn tournament, some fat gelled hair dude thinks hes hot **** and makes a even snottier comment to a cockier pro and we got people going off on personality traits that they saw on edited tv shows... so..funny. thedropouts 0
And if someone busts at your table, and you're not in the pot, shut up and wait till he leaves to talk smack about him like a man!best quote ever
DanielNegreanu 141
He gets "hot sucker" when he busts out, this isn't all that spectacular. At a WSOP event two years ago he moved all in on a guy with AQ near the money bubble. The guy called him with 10-10 and he blasted the guy for making the call. Telling him that he shouldn't have called because it was close to the money (like $3500 or so)... funny thing is that the guy who called with 10's is worth millions, lol. He didn't care about $3500. Can't wait for a HU match between you two one day... sweet!I like Phil for some of the things that he does, but as far as a heads up match between Phil and Daniel, I'll refer to the quote in the original post:"[Phil] doesn't go deep enough in tournaments," says Cajelais. "[They'll] never meet."

I heard Gordon was playing in it. (I may be wrong). If someone rigs the draw, maybe they can meet in the first round.... bit of entertainment for everyone.

Muck, You Suckers! 0
I was around Phil a while at last years WSOP. I just thought he acted weird. I sat next to him on a table for about 4 hours. His attention wasn't focused on what was happening at the table. He was always checking out the railbirds to see who might be looking at him. In fact, my wife took some pictures of that table and in every one of the photos he is looking into the camera and smiling real big LOL. He didn't treat anyone bad or act arrogant to anyone, he just seemed a thousand miles from the table and he seemed to get involved with the wrong hands at the wrong time. Other than being weird, he was a nice guy.
BigDMcGee 3,355
I've thought he was a Doucheclown ever since the time he slow rolled Phil Hellmuth in a rediciously obnoxious way in the first season of the WPT. He like got out a card hand value seat, making a big production of how he had the nuts. Meanwhile Hellmuth had a very big hand himself, and little did Gordon know he had gotten far less than the max from hellmuth. Now, I'm no Hellmuth fan, I thought that was some dou che on dou che violence. But I mean, common, who does that? also, no one's parleyed WPT into more undeserved success than Gordon. IT's funny that he's made a career out of being a "poker expert" when all the pro's mock his abllity.

I was next to him and someone comes up to him and asks if his name is Phil........."aren't u the Poker Brat"...........I spit my coffee on the ground............LOOOOOOOOL!!!!!!!Seriously, if i luckboxed in the big internet BOOM, and had his money i could play this fool blind; the cards woudn't even matter. Watching his past play and especially his play in PAD, he looks soooo uncomfortable and is definitely outclassed....just watch his mannerisms ......"FISH" out of water. He is obviously not a world class player; he would be classified more-so as a wealthy player.
