Looking For Alot Of Help

Recommended Posts

Would anyone be interested in looking at a complete HH of a 4.40 180 man for me?Play was quick so it's only 66 hands. I just want to know where I went wrong, what I could have done different, etc.If anyone is interested please let me know, I appreciate your time either way.

I wouldn't mind looking at the hh for fun and kicks. I'll see if I can give you any good advice.

I'll upload it here in case anyone wants to take a look at it.I don't know if there's some way to convert an entire SnG worth of hand histories but if there is and someone points me to it, I'd be happy to do that to make it a little easier on the eyes.Thank you

Hand 1: a bigger continuation bet is in order, especially with a lot of straight possibiles hitting that board..Id bet closer to 10010 5 in the bb:Why are you raising there? Blinds aren't important at this point, so theres no need for the Barry play, especially with pure rags like 10 5..If I were to do it, Id raise to like 150 about..Once again, I think you need to bump it more on the flop..That hand whole hand was suicide though..I don't like it at allK9: Fold preflop...Check the flop..Why do you try to win every hand you are in? People in 4.40s are typically calling stations..Firing 3 bullets with K high is suicideK9 after 7x raise..Fold PFI'm not going to go any further..Read the 180 guide that is stickied at the top of the forum..This will teach you an optimal way to play theseUpon reading this, there appears to be a fundamental flaw in your hand selection..I would recommend picking up Harrington on Hold em Volume 1 which will detail what hands you should play, under what circumstancesFor example, Hand 48...I'm not really sure why you are raising an utg raiser and then a caller with KJ..This is an insta muck

Thank you for the input, I actually do appreciate ripping into it like that, I think it makes it stick a little better. I'm gonna read that 180 man sticky now, but does it apply the same to a $4 as it would a $20?

The play in the $22's is a little better than the $4.40's, but not by much. The guide is def a good starting point, and then just keep posting hands that you have questions about.

Yeah I didn't mean to sound too harsh, I apologize if I did intitially...But really, Harrington on Hold em I and II and the tourney forum have been so crucial to improving my game..I think you can benefit too..Welcome and gl
