cubsfan44 0
Sigh, just had a nasty session where I lost about 4 buyins in less then 500 hands. Set over setted, AQ<AK on an A high board with a guy running 78/56, and a donk playing quads in such a retarded way that i couldnt get away from QQ. and various other shitty coolers. Good thing is that other then paying off a $10 river bet I dont think I made any mistakes and I for sure didnt let myself tilt. Still sucks bad thoughOne of the things that annoys the crap outta me is when a huge donk causes another otherwise decent player to play so retarded that I in turn get stacked. The guy in the middle here is the above mention 78/56 guy.PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)Hero ($57.05)CO ($60.85)Button ($168.45)SB ($44.55)BB ($48.50)UTG ($51.40)Preflop: Hero is MP with , . 1 fold, Hero raises to $2, 1 fold, Button calls $2, 1 fold, BB calls $1.50.Flop: ($6.25) , , (3 players)BB checks, Hero bets $4, Button calls $4, BB calls $4.Turn: ($18.25) (3 players)BB checks, Hero bets $51.05 (All-In), Button folds, BB calls $42.50 (All-In).River: ($103.25) (2 players, 2 all-in)Final Pot: $103.25Results in white below: BB has 4s 2c (straight, six high). checkymcfold 0
Edit: And shortstackers can die.agreed. after logging more hands of nlo8, where isolation is insanely important, it's really starting to drive me nuts that shortstackers will CONSISTENTLY isolate me in spots where his isolation is keeping someone with a full stack out of pots, killing my implied odds and ruining otherwise good hands. are they beatable? sure, but they're killing my winrate lately, even when i stack them.
