RDog 0
Played 42k hands this month.......hoping to get to 50k. Any chance I can play 80k next month? I was sick 3 days this month.
Jordan 1
80k, imo, is easy to get if you are playing full time/multi tables.may not be easy to play great though at all times, which i think is more important, than squeezing in an extra 20 or 30k hands.--for dec, my main focus poker wise is going to be refinding my respect for poker monies. i def. know how to not be affected by losing 40 buy-ins, but I should still respect my roll better. So, basically I'm just going to concentrate on my play and focus on decisions and not tilt.it sounds basic, but i'm going to write out some real awesome motivational shit that i'm going to try and look over before every session to continue to keep me grounded. i've def. been close to losing my grip the last few months and i really dont want december to be the breaking point.anyways.- Jordan

I am pretty good about getting up when I am tilty which is primarily caused by me not being on good terms with gf. Which has been quite a bit this month. Maybe I just need to smack her around and let her know she can't tilt me in December.I rarely play more than 4 tables. Maybe 1/8 of the time I might play 5.

Roberts2003 0
i have gotten hit and run over 30 times in the last 3 days and it has been really wearing on me lately. that except of me ranting looks really bad, and im not proud of it. however, it still annoys me when people suck out and then leave. i dont no why i havnt gotten over it, but it still bugs me and when it happens over and over and over, sometimes stuff just spills over. troyomac 0
Roberts, you're smart enough to know that hitting and running is mostly irrelevant, right?I disagree. Hit and runners piss me off. Basically with my style of play, I gamble with short stacks more often knowing that they have to scoop me 3 times in a row before they'll have more money at the table than me. Which allows me to take more gambles against them. My strategy doesn't work that well if they hit and run.

troyomac 0
Gambling because you have more chips playing a cash game seems like a very flawed strategy. When I say gambling I mean at worst a 40%/60% equity. And where there are split pots, as it's NLO8.I guess it might be different for NLHE.Edit. I don't mean always being on the wrong side of the 60/40 either...just gambling as in calling short stack shoves with marginal holdings that can go either way.
