Yes. You could be drawing verrrrrry thin cause there is a decent chance that your flush draw isn't good and or a decent chance your 9 and 8 aren't good. A lot depends on MP but given the min raise indicting donkishness I probably 3 bet when action gets to you.

I hate the AK hand King, I think that reraise to $16 OOP is bad. I'd make it $20-22. I think he can play perfect poker with his whole range against your 4bet there. I also flopped top set today against middle set and the board ran out a straight as well! My beat is worse!!!!
