It gives you pot control - a free river card if buddy just calls you. The Q8 dude, he's a weak player and how the $%^& do i put him on QQ?bleh....i guess i was bound to run bad at some point...the funny thing is i have a voice in my head (it sounds crazy but it's very consistent) that tells me as i'm about to start a session whether i should keep playing or stop cuz it'll be a bad day and i never listen to it and always keep playing...but it's right about 95% of the time...i don't want to be superstitious and i'm not but it keep hapeening .... anyways...gonna get some sleep and hopefully recover tomorrow...l8r.Gabe. Obv it is all read dependant and you said you have a laggy image, but seems to me you are most likely behind on the TT and 88 hand (I def. fold that hand after the pf re-raise), and being re-raised 2x on the AK hand also gets me to fold. Also very read dependent, but I think you can fold the river on the AQ hand - too much potential for a flush/boat after what seems like feigned weakness to me on the turn - but I bet the turn after his check to find out where I am at, then decide from there (altho you may just get flat called in that situation knowing villain's hand, but I would bet it anyways).
