just went through my last 4700 hands where i have lost 8 BIs and boy did I play terrible.I opened too many pots, c bet into multiple opponents on very wet flops, floated too many pots, and tried to be too tricky. Overall I think I just got cocky thinking I could outplay everyone at this level then Tilted... bad.played just under 1k hands today after reviewing my hands so ship the 2 BI win. I ll take whatever I can get right now.Played like 250 hands of 50nl HU and won 2 BIs. makes me miss HU, I use to put on $100-200 and run it up playing 50nl hu and then donk it off to a 400nl reg. Bah maybe when I get to 40 BIs I will switch to HU.so for the month so far -6.2 BIs at 25nl, +2BIs at 50nl so here the gross graph that is JuneJunesofar.jpg

I'm pretty sure if you're losing money at showdown at 6max, there's a serious problem.

made it past day 1 of wsop event #6. Not many chips but maybe I can run good. Also, I'm well aware that there is like a 1% chance that the Daniel top 30 bet goes through.... but I figure there is nothing to lose by trying.

So lately i've been wanting to give online another shot, with a small bankroll grind up. Sigh.....the wife gave me the poker ultimatum last night. Keep playing and i'm leaving. Funny thing is, i've only played once in 3 months! :club: This all started about 3 months ago, i had a very bad stretch playing live, and was up front with her and told her i had lost $300 the last session i had. She's always told me that $200 was the limit she would be comfortable me playing (which is of course not realistic and some white lies had to be told now and then) After that last session, i honestly thought i was quitting poker, and told her i wouldn't play anymore. I'm a winning player, but she does not like the time i invest with it. Been with her for six years, i don't plan on ending things with her, we have a 2 year old and one on the way. I don't know..... ****./rant

I just played some $100 PLO for fun HU...and if people play that bad at $400-$1k plo hu I should probably work more on my PLO game.lol.- Jordan
Hey man, I don't know how much I'll be around/coherent before you leave, but I just wanted to tell you to stay safe, have a great time, and come back (and bring Keturah back) safely. You're doin a great thing and you shouldn't have to worry about your safety also.Good luck and God Bless.

honestly, either there are significant problems in your marriage outside of this that you're not letting on, you're not telling us the whole story related to poker, or your overall financial health as a family is such that you seriously shouldn't be gambling with any of your money. I can't imagine a scenario that isn't very close to one of these three.

My wife grew up outside of this country, and has never liked any sort of gambling.Financially, our family is fine. The money that i lost does not effect us.She doesn't like the time i put into the game which is hardly anything in the grand scheme of things. Whenever i would play, it would be during the evening and on the weekends during the evening when she is sleeping. The time that i would spend would be 6-7 hours at a time. I guess this can be considered excessive but when you only have limited playing opportunties i would try and make the most of them. The thing she hates the most is when i don't go to sleep with her in the same bed and come back hours later. She hates that.
