Honestly his line is really WTF so I probably call cause I usually call when people take really retarded lines. It would just be really weird for him to bluffing here. So I mean it doesn't make sense to call since I don't think he is bluffing often but I spite call and ship him my 120. My guess is that he had a different plan at some point then got to the river and realized "oh damn, guess I need to bet".
