WhiteSpade 0
Ok... is that near any of the major hotels I may be able to spot?Look at the corner of Spring Mountain and Las Vegas Blvd. It's between the Venetian and Wynn as the OP says.

GetSprung 0
This is what's being built next to Venetian. The Palazzo Good find, I drive by that place at least twice a week on my way to class and never saw a sign for what they were building. It does however look big enough to be a casino so I believe it. And yes, the Cityscape project is going in the enormous hole that is between Monte Carlo and the Bellagio. If you ever drive the strip you'll know what I'm talking about. Huge gaping hole.
twenty4seven 0
yes, it's the Palazzo. I saw a story about it here http://www.rawvegas.tv/watch.php?vID=04dc7...247237ce52b6935
psujohn 0
It's an expansion to the Venetian that will make it the largest hotel in the world. MGM Grand will also expand to overtake it in a few years. You need to hop in a taxi and talk to the driver. They know all this stuff.

Consider the amount of timeshare owners any re-developer would have to deal with, and you'll see how much time will get sunk into that.
