HoosierAlum 0
From CardRunners:"We are very pleased to announce that Brian Townsend (Aba20/Sbrubgy) is joining CardRunners as a lead instructor, blogger and co-owner. Many members have enthusiastically speculated about Brian's arrival, and we can finally confirm his role at CardRunners. Having one of the top online NLHE and PLO cash game players in the world is a great addition to the CardRunners team. His first of many upcoming videos is a 10/20 NL video on Full Tilt. His thoughtful and insightful approach to poker will be much appreciated by CardRunners members. Check out Brian Townsend Monday, when he makes his debut on GSN's High Stakes Poker playing with Phil Ivey and some of the worlds best poker players."THIS IS AWESOME
HoosierAlum 0
In his first video he says something interesting :"Its very important to take responsibility for your results, and don't blame your wins or losses on outside influences"This is a take on Iveys famous quote of "There is no such thing as running bad, only playing bad"Wow Im so excited for this, I would have paid alot more $ to see this guys hole cards... HoosierAlum 0
Was thinking about purchasing the video, how long is it?You're better off just paying for the full subscription...it will pay for itself in one session.

mrdannyg 274
i'm not even a serious NL or tourney player, but this'll probably cause me to sign up for the full subscription out of pure interest. if Townsend is doing anything in the way of blogs or analysis, it'll be really interesting. Head_Trauma 0
Is $25/mo the only subscription option? Wondering if there's another way to get these vids, cuz I'm cheap. Can you pay it once and dl every vid from the site (then just miss out on new ones)? But if anything would ever make me sign up for one of these sites, it would be watching Townsend's hole cards in a NL cash game...

RDog 0
Being the tourney donk I am, just curious where he ranks with the best players out there. Like say Antonius. I assume he plays higher limits than GP or Stinger?
no not baxter 0
I believe he is the top cash player (definitely top 5 or so). In his profile he listed his favorite players as: "Mike Matusow and Patrik Antonius (for different reasons)"hes sick sick sick

KDawgCometh 2
I hadn't heard of CR until today. Thanks for the heads up cause I regged tonight and have been DLing vids since. I have a feeling the vids from here are gonna compete with porn for my HD space
RDog 0
You should get a subcription now IMO, the membership rates will surely increase if they haven't already...Looks like they went up already but I went ahead and signed up. Hope I can find more time to watch the vids than I did with PXF.
HoosierAlum 0
I have a feeling the vids from here are gonna compete with porn for my HD spaceI doubt thats possible. On a serious note, I really think people are missing out greatly by not subscribing. They have 3 instructors (GP,Aba,Stinger) who are among the best online NL cash game players in the world, and to get in their head for a few hundred dollars is amazing. Even if you are new to NL cash games, they will speed the learning curve immensely.I should get paid for pimping the site like this....
