AmScray 355
Excited for tomorrows free card. Not betting but I like Kennedy, although Pissbing is in that category of bastards who you will lose money on either way. Very sad to see Jeff Monson is becoming the Russian's Bob Sapp. If you're going to do that as a career, you'd better have an exit plan. And: !!!JDS v Stipe moved from 173 to free FS1 fight night in May!!!! 173 is now Barao v Dillishaw which will be among the worst selling cards in UFC history.;
king_tanner 84
It is funny how the 125 and 135 divisions started with so much hype and it really seems like people don't give a shit anymore. They should start the WEC up again. I still can't believe that #1 Dillashaw is getting a shot and #2 that fight is headlining a Ppv

AmScray 355
I just want to enjoy this one so no bets, ordering a black olive and sausage stuffed pie from my favorite pizza place and watching in peace with no sweats.

Deep dish is awful. It's not deep dish is it?
AmScray 355
Deep dish is awful. It's not deep dish is it? Its a stuffed, which is in the pan pizza family, which deep dish is. While not everyone likes Chicago style pan pizza (you have to be a major cheese whore to like them), bear in mind that you're not entitled to an opinion on Chicago style pan pizza unless you've actually had it. Pizza Hut or Dominoes "Chicago Style Pizza Week!" does not count. Chicago stuffed pie: National Chain "deep dish pizza" With that said, I've met more than a few people who don't like it. Most of them were black.
king_tanner 84
Amscray is Yoel Romero a good underdog pick? Or is he going to shit himself again? I'm also thinking Barboza is a little overrated and Cerrone is going to wrestle**** him. What do you think on that one? Odds are pretty much even on this fight
BigDMcGee 3,352
Real Chicago style is amazing, but I think it should be called something besides pizza. It shares more in common with a calzone than NYC style pizza. Spinach, mushroom and Italian sausage is the go to for me.
Ron_Mexico 4,219
It looks like a casserole. Just not my bag. I'm a NY style guy. Thin and foldable.
mrfritz 862
I like food, either will do. What do you guys think of the Werdum/Browne?
BigDMcGee 3,352
It looks like a casserole. Just not my bag. I'm a NY style guy. Thin and foldable. Again, not an either/or thing. Casseroles can be delicious, you god damn rube.
king_tanner 84
I like food, either will do. What do you guys think of the Werdum/Browne? I like Browne, but I think the price is a little steep to bet on it. All Browne needs is one clean shot to knock someone out, there is no "having a good chin" against him
Ron_Mexico 4,219
Again, not an either/or thing. Casseroles can be delicious, you god damn rube. Look everybody, the guy that huff's cornhusker balls is calling me, ME, a rube. That's rich. SLAM Oh man, you really look silly now McGee, dontcha? Schlub. I thing Browne beats Werdum. AmScray 355
It looks like a casserole. Just not my bag. I'm a NY style guy. Thin and foldable. Its definitely a different version of 'pizza'. I'd take it over any other version but it's a sit down meal and heavy/intense.
AmScray 355
Amscray is Yoel Romero a good underdog pick? Or is he going to shit himself again? I'm also thinking Barboza is a little overrated and Cerrone is going to wrestle**** him. What do you think on that one? Odds are pretty much even on this fight Tavares/Yoel is a very tough call. Tavares has never been tested against top competition, however its yet to be seen whether Yoel Romero is or isn't top competition, although indicators suggest its possible. Also, I'm not educated enough on the library of Tavares fights to really make an insightful pick. I've seen them all, but I haven't watched them in the context of making a bet against Yoel Romero, Intuitively, yes I like Yoel, if I had a gun to my head and had to pick one that's who I'd pick but I'm not betting on it. Khabib v RDA is another one I'm not touching with a 10 foot pole. I think Barboza is a bargain.
king_tanner 84
Wow Barboza is up to -
king_tanner 84
Motherf'er I forgot to record the main card. I hit Cerrone and Romero and missed both.
mrfritz 862
Browne is gassed
Ron_Mexico 4,219
And getting beat up
mrfritz 862
got beat up bad, he has a hell of chin tho. werdum looked solid. I like these free cards, they should do it more often.
Ron_Mexico 4,219
Yeah, I was debating going, but figured, free card is better than dropping $250 min on a couple of nosebleeds. They put 20k in the stands, so I think the UFC will be back.
Ron_Mexico 4,219
Happy for Rice Cerrone. I know scram hates him but I like his style. RDA was soooo much faster but couldn't eat that jab
king_tanner 84
Outside of a possibility of a phantom knockout I don't really see Werdum even close to Velasquez in anything, but unfortunately nobody in the division seems to be near Velasquez
AmScray 355
That Cerrone fight was the one parallel universe where he's up against a better fighter but gets off a shot that rings his bell and sinks in a choke. Barboza was making him into a wife for that entire fight. Also, barring him getting fed a scrub to develop a marketable streak, I will be blind-shoving against Cerrone on whoever he gets next. Whoever it his next opponent is, I'll buy five to ten $100 pay units. Very glad to see Alves v. Baczynsky get FOTN. That was a great fight. I don't know if Pettis stops Khabib and at this point, Yoel may be unstoppable. Hes getting better with every fight, which is horrifying. I imagine Kennedy v Romero will be next.
