KDawgCometh 2
I bet 600 on marquardt getting +150 (it was at +170 yesterday).I bet 240 on Ortiz, cuz I like the guy, but I probably shouldnt have even bet, he's -115....and so was evans.I bet 300 on Franca getting +220, I think that's legit value after seeing franca knee the **** out of that other dude when he had the green hair, then tap him out with an arm bar... I still think sherk is a slight fav though.i really like the marquardt and franca bets, especially the money you put on marquardt. getting him at +170 would've been better, but you are getting better odds then you would've if you bet at bodog. Franca is great value too at +220. I don't like tito at -115, it all depends on what you were getting on evans, because there is a possibility of you being able to arbitrage it if the odds were right by betting both sides

Actuary 3
anyone think it lived up to the hype? close?Heath was fat. Not the same animal I've seen in PrideHe had the energy to defend prety well.Neither fighter wa at their best, for sure.

I still think sherk is a slight fav though.I reeeeally wanted to bet the nogueria vs herring fight...noguera's first fight in ufc, but he's good... as far as I've seen casino's lay sick odds on whoever has an 0-0 record. I think I can afford to lose the Ortiz fight and another one as long as one of the dog's wins their fight, which usually happens in UFc...they should all be good fights regardless though. http://PrtyPSux.JustGotOwned.comi really like the marquardt and franca bets, especially the money you put on marquardt. getting him at +170 would've been better, but you are getting better odds then you would've if you bet at bodog. KDawgCometh 2
Ooops.I said it was based on the value of the bets. I didn't actually think that Franca was going to win most of the time, but getting +220 on him was great value, and he proved that by coming very close to choking sherk out in the first minute. marquardt was good value at +150 also. Marquadt just didn't show up though. He was nowhere close to what I've seen from him in the past. you did a pretty poor job interpreting my post, because that post was purely based on betting value. KDawgCometh 2
Tito v Evans draw?? wtf?tito kept grabbing the fence and screwed himself out of a win because of it. The second round turned into a 9-9 round as opposed to the 10-9 it would've been had tito not gotten a point deducted

That one big knee that stunned Sherk was his only chance and he didn't do anything with it. After watching that fight you would have to be crazy to say +220 is good value. Marq MAY have been a good value at +150, but again, having seen what you did, was it? Not really. I don't think I did a very poor job interpreting your post, you were way off. I mean shit, if I was to know the results of teh fights before putting in the bet then I'd be rich. Franca proved in the first minute and with a few of the knee shots that the +220 was worth it because of the near submission he had and the possibility of him KOing Sherk. the +220 puts him at about a 4-1 disadvantage, which sounds pretty spot on to me. In the marquardt fight, they were stood up a bit too fast IMO. Who knows how much of a difference that would've made, but it most likely would've resulted in them getting to the second round. Determining the value of bets after fights is so ridiculous that its laughable
grocery_mony 8
WTF was with Herring not going for the kill there in the first??? Then He let the guy totyally recover by just standing there for the first 2 minutes of round 2. Overall it was a pretty boring event with Evans showing very little and Sherk just putting on a clinic on ground control for 25 minutes. I had all the winners except Evans who looks like he should move down a division.
Petoria 0
Sherk is probably the strongest man in the 155 lb. division. He embarrassed Franca, even though Sherk almost got KTFO.Silva looks like he could hold the belt for a hell of a long time.I thought Rashad Evans should have won that fight. Tito took him down a couple times in the 2nd round, but Evans was the one doing damage from down there. Give Tito the first, Rashad the 2nd and 3rd.
KDawgCometh 2
Evans who looks like he should move down a division.I agree with this too. I also really don't understand why they are having Dan Henderson in teh LHW division either when he'd be perfect for the middleweight division
AceJackOffS 0
For the first time in a long time I believe that the decsions were right on this weekend.Heath Herring is still a jopke, he looked horrible in his first UFC apperence and he backed that up on staurdaySean Sherk was absollutely dominating against hermes franca, and that is impressive, I believe that the only person who couuld take him down at 155 is BJ Penn but he said he is going back to 170Anderson Silva again very impressiveRashad looked outclassed early in the fight and Tito didn't take advantage of that
ShakeZuma 585
after that ufc, I am officially a sean sherk fan. watching his ground game was nothing short of amazing. popping up from guard to side guard to side control to mount in like 3 seconds? and in the THIRD ROUND?? might not have been exciting to people that only watch it for the stand up, but that was just awesome for me. not to mention getting kneed in the face 3 times and not being fazed and getting out of what, 3 different chokes? the guy is just plain impressive. 155 pounders better step up their game. But just recently he has gotten huge. he is an animal now for 155. I still say only BJ Penn can stop him

I don't even know if BJ could beat him at 155, at least not handily. would definitely be a good fight though.

I mean look at sherk. there is no WAY that guy isn't on the roids. and to be quite honest, I doubt there are many top UFC fighters that aren't on some kind of steroids; the rest just know how long to stop doing it before they're tested. oh well, guess lightweight's up in the air again. who the hell else, other than the reality show guys, is in that division thats any good? And...Where the fuck is Wanderlei Silva ? It is so disappointing what Zufa has done to Pride.there's no point in having a PRIDE brand if they can't secure a good sized TV contract in Japan. The reason PRIDE was able to do what they did was because of a huge deal with the Fuji Network. In Japan, TV is what's important as PPV isn't what it is in this country
