I thought the whole thing was a gag anyways. It didn't make a whole lot of sense, but whatever.That pissed me off, I watched a hour and 1/2 of Dana White working out to hear that the gaming commission is pissed, worst program ever. Why would they go out of their way to make one of their best stars look bad ? Tito posted on his site that he wanted a piece of the action if Dana was going to market it as a PPV. Apparently UFC would make money and Tito wasn't going to get paid at all. He claims he backed out because he didn't want to do it for free and was concerned he could get hurt. It seems Dana White still has a hate on for Tito. I don't understand how Tito could be so stupid as to think he could back out and not look bad. Link to post Share on other sites

I swear he's gonna let somebody kill another fighter if he keeps trying to make up for it. ain't nobody gonna beat big john though, we all know that.and I completely agree with actuary on the old ufc and not editing between fights. in all honesty, I didn't even watch it when they did that, I'm really new to it, but I would love to see all of it, from the start to finish. I don't need no glitz and glamor. if anything, why can't they at least play all the preliminary fights? nobody watches after the main event anyways (I'm too drunk and usually too surprised at the upset, the way things have gone recently), and if people don't want to tune in at 8 est, they don't have to. but I want to see them all damn it. oh well, free ufc this saturday. freaking christmas in, um, whatever month this is. (2nd only to the "power bomb" slam Rampage threw on Arroyo [sp]) The fact that he KO'd Cro Cop w/ the same type of kick that made Cro Cop so famous was crazy. Also, there had to be a ton of damage to his leg after the way he fell. Now, a guy who is more familiar w/ MMA than me says because he got knocked cold, his joints etc. just go limp. So he may not have hurt his knee or ankle nearly as bad as it looked. I call bullshIIIIT! That knee is dislocated at worst and looks more like he had to tear something. The ankle for SURE has to be busted in some way. I will be SHOCKED if we find out that he didn't suffer any serious damage to either. Between the sheer force of that kick and the way Cro Cop went down afterwards made this a truly sik sik sik KO. I mean...Cro Cop didn't MOVE for like 3 or 4 minutes afterwards. Usually they get these guys sitting up and somewhat back on this planet within a few minutes. He was completely out for a scary amount of time.Also...did anyone catch his postfight interview? I think the COMBINATION of his injury's likely suffered ALONG WITH the mental apsect of this beating and we likely won't see him again. Don't forget...this is his 2nd brutal KO loss now. I think a guy like Cro Cop...a guy who was a major player in the world of MMA, just doens't have that mental edge needed now. Take a bad beating once...I think you can come back from that. Get absolutely DESTROYED 2x in your last 3-4 fights, while you are moving down the contenders ladder? How do you metally come back from that? Throw in the months of rehab he will have to endure if indeed he tore the knee or ankle ligaments....Again...I'll gladly eat crow here if I am wrong because I love to watch Cro Cop fight. That being said, I just don't see it happening. Again...see if you can get his postfight interview w/ Joe Rogan. Joe says 2 or 3 times something to the affect of "Who do you fight now...where do u go from here?" type questions. Usually these guys are like "I'll get back to training and come back harder and more prepared" or something along those lines. Cro Cop's didn't say anything that would remotely lead you to believe he's getting back in there again. I hope I am wrong, but I get a feeling I'm not. Link to post Share on other sites

But to our question whether he'll continue fighting after this Cro Cop answered: "Of, course, I will fullfil the contract, I have 4 more fights to go." If W division gets full and deep, his chance to get the top fights will deteriorate. Again, there are just so many fighters and Dana continues to have plenty of filler fights on every card, that it's hard for any fighter to get multiple opportunities to fight for the belt.
