scottyno 0 Posted February 8, 2007 Share Posted February 8, 2007 So like everyone else I signed up for an epassporte account, registerd my bank account, had to wait forever to get the micro-deposits, verified by bank account, then deposited $52 from my bank account (why $52? because they charge a $2 fee, leaving me with $50 which is the minimum deposit onto stars from epassporte). So I made this deposit maybe a week or so ago, 3 or 4 days ago it was listed as pending on my online bank statement, yesterday it was processed, yet when I log into my epassporte account it still asks me to make my initial load deposit and shows no indication of having received my $52 even though my bank already cleared it. Anyone have this problem with epassporte? Did you end up actually having to wait the 7 business days they claim for a deposit to go through? Right now Im leaning towards epassporte just taking forever to get anything done and that they just haven't processed my deposit yet even though my bank cleared it, but so far Im not very impressed with epassporte, things seem to take forever and their customer support does too, I send them a message about it a few days ago and haven't heard back yet. I verified my account and made a $300 deposit, but every time I log in it tells me I have to make my initial load deposit. Also like you, my bank for my poker savings account has already cleared it. I had an epassporte account from a couple of years ago, I switched to neteller. After neteller shut down to US, I used epassporte again, but it made me verify my bank account again for lack of activity. I did and about 20 minutes later I called the number on the back of my ATM card and the small deposit was there, which I used to verify my account. Then I kept getting declined for any deposit amount I'd make, so I called BofA and they thought there was fraud happeneing so they suspended my card. Once they reset my card, I have had no problems with 3 deposits I've made. I haven't tried withdrawing through them and don't intend to, I'll just request checks.Who am I kidding, I'll only be depositing Link to post Share on other sites
tater nuts 0 Posted February 9, 2007 Share Posted February 9, 2007 I don't have an epassporte account as they made were trying to make me sign new terms and agreement that I wasn't comfortable with. But I never had a problem with their speed after my initial deposit. Even my initial deposit didn't take that long so I sounds to me like this could be a new problem that they are encountering. It will keep asking you to load money even if you have already loaded money (so dont keep loading money). Once it hits your Epassporte account then it wont ask you to load money. terradawg 0 Posted March 1, 2007 Share Posted March 1, 2007 speaking of gift cards, my buddy just discovered his ultimate downfall. he bought a new GMC that guarantees him a certain price for gas for a year. they way it works is you buy gas and they credit the difference in price to a gift card. lo and behold the gift card works on stars...i created my account on epassporte, verified my bank account online, deposited, and transferred to stars all in less than fifteen minutes. the easiest way to do it is to go to stars directly, click on get chips, epassporte, put in the amount, and if it's not available it walks you through the process.
