Made with red and whit potatos, bacon bits and bleu cheese dressing. It was good and the bleu cheese was in the right proportion not overwhelming the dish as bleu cheese often can. Crunchy veggie salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Green Tea & Lemonade. Might have to go to Cold Stone Creamery for dessert.*L*T*p.s. Damnit I just made myself hungry again.
